The customer service at this location is far above any store around the area. I can always find a smiling face of someone eager to assist me with anything I may need. The store is laid out in a way that makes shopping a breeze and makes everything easy to find. Diligent employees keep the shelves stocked, organized and clean making my shopping trip enjoyable.

This is our "go to" store because the employees always go out of their way to give you help if needed, customer service is great & the selection of products & availability is usually good too. I just wish they would be able to get more 3M N95 masks in for those of us that need them for painting/sanding or other DIY projects!

If you want a propane tank, don't fall for the "pay for it inside, then go outside and someone will help you". A few times I have purchased propane here and was told "someone outside will help you". There is never anyone out there. You have to go inside and get someone to walk out there with you. Otherwise, you will be left standing out there waiting for a long time.

Laziest employees ever! They stand at the front of the store and talk to each other. We were there 2 hours and couldn't find ONE employee to help us.

Never had problems till lately sorry we r all under stress and your company and stock employees have made a ton of money this younger generation just needs to learn how to help and not say I will help u if U say and reported that person and manager looked at me like I was crazy

The store is normal... what is frustrating is that every single time you ask for help no one knows jack and im a woman with no construction background. Also, a bunch of items I have prchased came missing parts.. I guess they re-sale opened items from returns!

No masks or gloves were worn by any of the workers that were servicing the curbside pick up lanes.

Even though this store is a bit further from my house than the other guys store, I can honestly say it is worth the drive. Great selection, awesome/friendly employees make a world of difference. We even opened up a line of credit with these guys since we were so happy with them.

I have been a customer to the Roswell Store (Holcomb bridge) for over 20 years. Always found what I needed. Glenda, Bruce and Lisa at the ProDesk have been very helpful and I would have not been able to make today's purchase without their help. Store was very clean, good safety signage due to the Corona virus concerns and well organized.

Look for Glenda she is a knowledgeable Gem!

I have only been in the Roswell store 1 time in my entire life and this survey was NOT for that store.

Extremelly organized, super friendly staff and well stocked.

At 12:30 they had one human at checkout and the 4 self checkouts had 10-22 customers waiting in line. Stupid mgmt.

Employees are friendly, polite, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable! They are happy to share information about product use and best way to approach a project, whether it is large or small. Pleasure to shop at this store.

Not military friendly. Management seems almost hostile towards military members seeking a discount.

Store was clean and most employees were helpful and nice except the ladies at the customer service desk were a little rude and made me walk all the way down to checkout rude

Ordering appliances at Home Depot has been one of the worst shopping experiences. I ordered an appliance set to be delivered and installed on July 26th. The delivery & installation only installed 2 appliances. They did not install the dishwasher and the range. For the range, one of the installers broke the range, told me one story, then told home depot a different story. The microwave they did install, was installed crooked. Long story short, today is Aug 8th, and 2 weeks since the installation & delivery date, and I yet still don't have a full working range or dishwasher. Avoid getting your appliance here at all cost.

Shop at Home Depot a lot! This trip was to look at refrigerators. They were having a 4th of July sale on appliances. Carmen helped us get a great deal on a GE, side by side that makes 10 lbs of ice and is fingerprint resistant. She pointed out the big $601 savings. She was very helpful and made the decision easy.

The store is always clean and neat. I did not have to look for help, everywhere I went in the store there was an employee available and willing to help me.

When the grill I ordered online just would NOT work, the online folks worked with Brock the store manager to have Malik pick up the faulty grill. Brock arranged for me to select another grill and have it delivered free of charge, so the next day I visited this store, saw Malik and the on duty store manager, Jose, and they took care of me, even extending me my husband's military discount. Every bit of this was done with a smile. Mary, who checked me out, was also pleasant and professional.
