They are always so helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and go out of their way to help me find what I need. You really need good customer service and this store as it can be quite overwhelming. Highly recommend!

I have shopped there for more than twenty years, good store good people, as example last week I had to replace a hot water tank, they had a good product at a good price with all the extra parts I needed in stock, can’t ask for more!

Great associates in the appliance dept. Bought a Refrigerator and dishwasher. Ordered 1/30/21, both were delivered (by the nicest young men) on 2/5/21, the contractor had NO problems installing items.. The associate brought to my attention the kit & water line that may be needed. Price checked all items before the final sale. Great Team of People!!!

It is the closest home improvement store, for average items its fine. If you use the locker pickup, it's kind of like where's Waldo, The doors are NOT numbered so when you are told a number if it doesn't pop open when you activate the key it's a guessing game, good thing there is a reopen button.

If I need anything the store does not have what I need I usually go on the website and order what I need.
