I needed about 15 different items to finish up several projects from plumbing, electrical, carpentry and even a finishing touch on our garden before the Michigan winter really sets in. I did my shopping online and had to change the store because a couple of the items were not available at my usual store. I added each item to my electronic "CART" and used that on my mobile app as a shopping list when I got to the store. To my amazement, every one of the more than 15 items in my "CART" was actually available at the store. I used my HD Store credit card, and because my purchase was more than $300.00, I'll have 12 months to pay with NO interest. That is just a nice option to have especially during the upcoming holiday season. The store (& restroom) were noticeably clean. Every one of the 3 staff members on the floor that I interacted with, were surprisingly knowledgeable, polite and helpful. I normally shop at the store that's 4 miles North of my house, but I decided to shop at the ROSEVILLE, MI store today which is 4 miles South of my house. I've purchased quite a bit of remodeling supplies at HD in the last 3 years, probably making 50-60 purchases in all. I've used online ordering, instore ordering, ship to store, ship to home and even custom ordering like specialty doors. Today's purchase was easily the most pleasant I've had, and the Roseville Michigan location is my new "Go to Store".

I’ve never had a problem at any Home Depot’s. I prefer them over Lowe’s or any other competitor.

I recently made a purchase at the Home Depot in Roseville. The store has improved immensely, it was clean, there were employees willing to help, and the shelves were stocked.

Purchased a product online via the app. Wanted to avoid shopping in store since we were in the middle of returning home from a pregnancy scare . Product given to me was incorrect . Cashier was busy training and not willing to listen and refunded me . Now I am negative in my checking account due to her not hearing me out before assuming

The customer service was great as the Floor staff were able to show me what I needed, and the locations, in a matter of seconds not minutes.

Tonika dtarted yelling at me when I asked her what happened to my credit card screen that flashed that she decided to clear not giving me the option of how I wanted to receive my receipt or anything else for my credit card my personal banking information and when I questioned her about it she started yelling at me all the way to the point I was walking out the door

Always find what I am looking for

I had to purchase bags of pebble stones - very heavy. When I went with my flatbed to the area to obtain them, there was an employee who asked if he could help me. I was delighted! He loaded the flatbed and even pushed it to the cashier line! Then, after I paid, another employee pushed my flatbed outside and waited until I brought my car for loading. A task that I was dreading, turned out to be VERY pleasant with the help I received. This Home Depot definitely keeps the customer in mind with the excellent service and products that are offered EVERY day - even when the store is extremely busy - the employees are there to assist the customer!

To all females you do not need to pick up mulch,putting soil or any heavy object's because employees love to help.

Roseville MI store clean, well stocked and great employees, but Corporate policy on Veteran Discount is unnecessarily cumbersome. It resulted in me holding up the checkout line which caused me embarrassment.

Stores location is very near our home. THe hours confirm with my daily schedule and I have never had a bad experience shopping there.

This Home Depot location has never let me down. It's always sufficiently stocked, and always has great employee's who are willing and ready to help you with your questions and projects!!

This was the first time I have been back in the Roseville store in a few years. ( Just passing by) The store associates were helpful, courteous and polite.

I’ve actually stopped shopping at this location because the employees on the floor are the RUDEST I’ve ever encountered. I needed something quick and went in and encountered Joseph as I checked out. He was so kind - it was refreshing. When I actually needed help in the store an older store employee saw me, a 50 year old white man and then saw a bi-racial young couple. We were all standing near each other. The store employee went to the bi-racial couple asked if they needed help, they said no, he looked at me - directly in my face and walked away without saying a word to me. That’s customer service for you. But then Joseph saved the day by being so nice and as I walked up to the line he eagerly asked if I wanted to check out. Thanks Joseph! You made another terrible visit to 13& Little Mack end in a good note for a change!

The paint department people were very nice and helpful and the cashiers were very pleasant.

What I needed right time definitely will return suggest others should go there

In many hardware of DIY stores the sales staff is woefully uninformed as to the capabilities of their various products. In this store, at least, the staff for the most part know what they ate talking about

Very well organized and clean. Not a lot of clutter in the isles to slow you down, get what you need and get out. See a lot of employees working and not just standing around talking.

Recently I cannot find assistance while shopping at this store. I always have to look for someone, and when I do find someone they know nothing about the product I'm looking for.
