Homedepot is my go to store for home projects, always have what i need in store, staff are friendly, store is well organised and clean.

Caroline spoke to everyone in line as if she knew us her whole life. A welcome change to the hurried world we live in. Thank you Caroline! This store also has a very wide selection of rental equipment...even tractors with front end loaders and backhoe attachments.

This is a very dirty store.

The cashier, Muslihudeen, saw I was ready to check out. He called me over to his register and was very pleasant and friendly.

The store is generally well kept whenever I go there. There’s one guy in lumber who always is busy when I go and is very proactive on giving a hand. I very much appreciate it. He’s middle aged, African American male with really short hair and a strong build. He cuts my plywood when needed and is always glad to help. A very nice guy and asset to your store!

We just left this store and could not believe the rudeness by an associate named Jessica. First, myself and another elderly gentleman waited for over 15 minutes to have someone assist us in obtaining a drill. I went to the customer service twice. Finally Jessica comes to help. As she was getting my drill the elderly gentleman was holding up the cage door to assist Jessica. After she hands me the drill the other man reaches in to get his drill. It was at this point Jessica yells at the man, JUST ONE SECOND SIR! I HAVE TO ASSIST HIM FIRST!! Now how are we supposed to know the rules of Home Depot and their drills? As we are checking out Jessica storms over to the paint section and proceeds to yell the story to two other associates. This is a good 25 feet away and we can all hear her tell the story including the older gentleman who is in line behind me. As we are leaving my seven year old twins ask “daddy why was that person so rude to that nice older man? All he did was hold the gate for her”. It is sad when kids can see when something is not right.

Very friendly personel and always avaliable and all of them are able to answer questions.

When I couldn't find what I was looking for in the area I thought it would be, I was helped by very curtious employees.

Ordered new custom cabinets with countertops. The quoting process, and order review was easy. I had tons of options to choose from, and the help I received from the sales associate, Linda, during the selection and ordering process was outstanding! There were plenty of products and options to look at. The sales team was very attentive and friendly. Overall the store was clean and well organized.

Customer service desk does not how to ring up basic transactions and do not work as a team to help each other out. I wanted to buy a $300 item that was locked to a shelf. The clerk who unlocked it for me said I would have to purchase it at the customer service desk. I had other shopping to do and eventually went to the desk with my other items. After he rang me up, I told him that I wanted to apply for a card, since most stores usually give discounts or special financing. At most places with store cards, that is the 1st thing an associate will ask about. He didn't know what to do and seemed irritated that he was going to have to re-ring the transaction. After getting approved, he re-rang everything and seemed confused that I wanted to use my newly acquired temp card to pay for it. He wandered around the service desk, I assume asking the others how to proceed, but they pretty much ignored him. One lady finally said she would help him when she finished her customer. When finished, she announced that she had to go to "garden" and left. After standing around for what seemed like a 1/2 hour, I asked if he was going to call a manager for help. He held up his figure in a "one minute sign", but still just stood around. Finally, the associate next to him looked over and showed him how to complete the transaction in about 30 seconds. After all of this, I found out that I didn't get the $50 discount for opening a new card. I tried calling the store twice and asked for a manager. It just rang until someone hung up on their end. After reading the fine print, I probably didn't get the discount because we also used our military discount, but it would have been nice to know that at the time of the transaction or to be able to confirm by talking to a manager at the store.

The employees are very friendly your behr representative Brian knows exactly what he’s talking about he’s right on point. This is important to be because I run my business as a painter. Store is always stocked very happy with the store

I’ve shopped at the store in many occasions. Usually I always find what I need. I miss particular trip I went to buy a Ryobi 40 V lithium weedeater. They only had one in stock. When I got home I found that this item has been used, and repackaged for sale as new. I think that when something is put back on the store shelf after has been returned by a customer, especially if it’s been used, someone should inform the next buyer that they are purchasing a used item instead of waiting for them to get all the way home to figure it out for themselves.

This review overrides a previous not so good review. This visit was my third time trying to order a window. The final experience was great and my window was ordered. Thank you Fred Thompson for being so pleasant and so efficient.

Store was neat and clean. Items were marked in proper place. Temporary problems with computers but quick checkout. Cashier was friendly and helpful.

Your employee ordered the wrong incompatible camera from what I was expecting from your description of the item on the internet. This happened twice! These errors have cost me time to pick up the product twice and your team was so confused with your process that they told me the item was depleted and that they couldn't order it again. I am also out of pocket $150.00 because I had a technician come to my home to install the cameras to find the first order was the wrong camera and the second visit was to find a complexly unrelated product in the home depot package.. Home Depot sent me a wrong unrelated product in place of the cameras. home depot made the same mistake twice.

Great store, clean, uncluttered and with excellent COVID-19 protocol. Good inventory and friendly, knowledgeable associates make shopping experience quite pleasant.
