Easy to find products and employees very helpful

Probably one of the best customer service Home Depot’s that I have been to. I drive out of my way to come to this store.

One thing I particularly like about this store is the hamburger/hot dog stand in the parking lot. It's run by a couple and the food is cheap and exceptional. It's nice to be able to grab a bite on the way out of the store on the way to whatever project I'm headed to. It would be nice if Home Depot found local vendors to set up stands in the nicer weather as an added benefit for customers and as a way to support a local small business.

I do a lot of shopping at this store and am usually successful in finding what I need. The people are generally friendly. I wish the organization of all Home Depot's was a bit more consistent. For instance, sometimes there are products located away from where that product category is displayed. I assume this is for promotional purposes, but it can be confusing sometimes. The Home Depot's tool department is excellent - better than the competition.

Associates that are ready to assist. If one is not sure they can help due to an unusual project they always ask other associates for assistance.

store is always neat, clean, good hours, knowledgable and friendly staff, good selection at multi price points, plenty of last minute pick up items well displayed, great garden department, and great location. Only suggestion is to have a rental department in rochester location. Somersworth is too far to travel for rentals.

The product I wanted was easily ordered online and ready for pick-up at customer pick-up. Price was reasonable. The associate was friendly and professional. I like the store very much for convenient location, ready service and number of items in stock and easily accessible.

I have had great experience every time I needed something for my summer home at Rochester Store Every time I would be asked if I found everything I needed and if I could not find there was assistance when I needed Store and restroom are clean always clean when I visits

I have meet two very knowledgeable people at this store that hepeeh me a lot. One was Craig Snelson and the other was a plumber I wish I could remember his name.

I have a duplex in Rochester. They are always friendly and have everything I have gone looking for. I am very pleased with this store.

Store employees are always helpful and Curtis , enjoy shopping at this branch.

Beware that there are no carts in the store, you have to get one out of the parking lot, even in the rain.

I am remodeling a house I bought this year and have made Multi trips to Home Depot and each shopping trip has been easy peasy!!!!

ALWAYS helpful and ask me if I need help loading and unloading my pellets...I get 10 at a time --at 81 I can still do it but they kind-enough to always ask...

Store is well stocked, is clean and provides a pleasant place to shop. Best of all, the staff are friendly and helpful.

My son and husband laughingly let the store employees know it "makes my day" to roam around the store. I love looking at the displays, mentally have a "must buy" list always going, look for gifts for birthdays and Christmas. I am never bored at Home Depot in Rochester, NH. My visits are always too short...I could walk the aisles for hours.

I was looking for a new planner and they had three in stock it was a Dewalt Model 734 excellent for the DIY work excellent and very little sanding if any at all. The employees are great and the store was very clean and organize.

The reps here offer to help load my truck without prompting!

I have been in close to a hundred HD stores in ME,NH,VT,MA,RI,CT,NY,NJ,PA,MD,DE,NC,SC,GA,FL,CA,AZ,CO and other states. The Rochester, NH store is always clean and the employees all seem friendly and happy. I will definitely return. Thank you, Guys and keep up the good work!

My husband and I are renovating our bathroom and have the found the process very overwhelming. Many late evenings we have come to Home Depot for needed parts or to pick up an order . We have always found a helpful salesperson to direct us to where we need to go and found what we were looking for without too much trouble. We are grateful to the evening staff and their helpfulness.

I have always found the Rochester, NH location to be a very good location. Easy access, always consistent and eager to help out a person with disabilities.

I love this store. Everyone is friendly and I always find what I'm looking for - and then some!!
