I always dreaded going to a hardware store. BUT this home depot was awesome!! We were in as fast as we were out. We were direct to the aisle we needed to be in, found our items and were out the door within 10 minutes. Everyone was very polite and knew the store well. Our cashier KRISTY was awesome! Even though she saw our hat for military service, she asked if we had a Military ID so she could give us a discount. We quickly whipped out our cards..lol.. She thanked us for our service and we were on our way.

I recently moved to Riverview and I had a great experience in this store. There were available employees every where willing to help. Everybody was friendly and nice.

Store associate name Gill was very helpful and went above and beyond his duty to assist me in locating the right Pressure Washer and help me load it.

I have three Home Depots to choose from within my location...my top choice is the Riverview location. Everyone is nice, knowledgeable, and willing to assist or find an assist if needed. Everything in the store is arranged for easy access and the exterior of the store is kept clean.

Found the items in this store easy and in plenty stock. Friendly service through my entire trip. No waiting in long lines and cashier was very friendly.

Employees in this store are consistently kind and helpful! I am a soon-to-be medically retiring female Soldier with a disabling heart condition and training service dog. 2 specific employees have made a huge impact on my numerous trips to HD- Kelly and Dejari (DJ). Kelly always checks in on me to see how we’re doing when she sees us, and DJ helped prevent a syncope episode by assisting me with my shopping when I started feeling palpitations and shortness of breath. In addition, this store is perfect for my service dog to do his public access training! Thank you so much for making us feel comfortable and welcome at this store!

I called the Riverview Store # 6380 And spoke to a sales representative, making sure the water heater I wanted to purchase was in stock. He checked and said he would set it aside for me because it was the last one at that location. I was making an EMERGENCY PURCHASE !!! ( if you know what I mean ) Not only did my 21 year old water heater bust in my garage, a family member was a home with terminal cancer. I could not be gone long! He loaded my NEW WATER HEATER in the store and MADE SURE SOMEONE HELPED LOAD it into MY VEHICLE!!! Home DEPOT'S EMPLOYES were MY HEROS!!

Just because it may say "Veteran" on your driver's license, you may not be given your veteran's discount! (?)

I am so tired of going to a store to get an attitude from employees. The manager is so rude and condescending. I get everyone makes mistakes and it is not a problem if they are corrected without an attitude. That is not the case here . Their mistake became my problem and they were unwilling to correct it. Customer Service gets a zero from me.

The store is very clean and organize. I also found the cashier Destiny that checked me out to be very friendly and helpful during my checkout experience. Definitely the would shop there again!

I was very satisfied with the employees that I talked to today. They were very professional and willing to help. Place was clean. Shelves were clean.

I had to ask 3 times to have an employee help me to load my vehicle with bags of mulch and potting soil. When no one came after a considerable wait and asking three times (once with a very rude female employee) I asked for the manager. She came quickly but had a serious attitude and when I complained about the wait time I was told "well I'm here now" with an attitude and an eye roll. Mind you this is on a Tuesday afternoon at 3:00pm . She told me they were extremely busy and only had one loader (with an attitude). There was literally only two other people in the garden center area and they were not buying large items. Very disappointed with the customer service I received today!

Richard (goes by the name of Dude) is awesome! He works in the lawn and garden department.

My husband and I went to the Riverview Home Depot to pick up an order for our daughter. She had made a mistake on the order so the order had to be canceled. My husband had already put the correct items on a cart and the cashier in the pickup area, Talia, canceled the previous order and offered to ring us up so that we wouldn't have to wait in a long line. Great job, Talia!

If you are buying paint, doors or windows, the service folks are excellent. We were very happy with the products, service and installation. BUT, window treatments and appliances -- not so much and we feel you get spotty service depending in the area one is shopping.

This is a well managed store! Shows in attentive help and friendly attitudes!

I would only recommend going to this store if the Cherry “ Store Manger” is not working. She was very rude and unprofessional. Couldn’t helped me threw her hands in the air and walked away. I carried my items to the customer service sealed and was helped by a Cashier named Paola, who went above and beyond to help. If it wasn’t for Paola I would’ve walked out empty handed. She deserves 5 stars.
