I bought 2,310.36 for flooring on March 15 and was advised the entire project would be completed by March 29. Four weeks later, still no product, no install date, and no contact from the store. I had to contact this store five times to receive updates I should have been getting after spending 2,310.36 plus 800 on ceiling fans. I have a credit card account I will be closing as well. This was the worst store service and process, as because I could not receive an answer about a simple shipping date or install date, I have wasted four weeks of my time. I will promote and shop at Lowe’s along with every contractor and restate agent I know. No apologies offered to assist, but I did receive a refund. Thanks for making me never shop or use my Home Depot card again. You have, without a doubt, the worst store operations at this Riverview, FL location.

Always been able to get assistance and get things I needed.

Clean store and very helpful staff, always stocked and always registers open. By far my favorite home depot and it's not the closest to me I drive an extra 15 minutes to shop here it's become a new store this past year. I work in retail so big props to the management staff for turning this store from my least favorite home depot a couple years ago to recently being my favorite

If you need something in the Hardware Dept, ask if Ryan is working. He is my “go-to” guy !

A representative by the name of Josie provided me with EXCELLENT service. She walked all the way to the other end of the store with me and showed me where to find the Ring Doorbell, took the time to show me options, and really went the extra mile. She made this a really pleasant shopping experience. Thank you Josie!

stay away from lisa in the paint department she acts like she has more importent things to do then wait on customers in a timely matter

In all the HD stores, and in all of the Isles, you have racks/kiosks of merchandise blocking the free flow of traffic. I absolutely hate these. More often than not, they are in the way of shopping and cart traffic. It is a constant bother. Do you really need these? Thank you for letting me vent.

Typical poor customer service items not stocked on shelves out of reach with to associate to help. Old guy in the flooring section acted like it was an inconvenience to assist me.

Cashier Doribel, was very sweet, helpful and friendly. I was at the store (store # 6380) at 6am. She made my morning.

I really enjoy shopping at this Home depot mainly because of the kind friendly and courteious employees that work there. This store also has a very holsam feel. I really feel comfortable here.
