Christina dropped everything she was doing and made me her first priority when I asked her for help in selecting a dishwasher. I couldn't be happier with my decision and Christina made that happen!

I needed a simple can of paint and I received exceptional care and attention to insure I purchased the right can of paint and tips to paint with success. Despite needing to wear a mask. The employees went out of their way to greet me and make sure I didn't need help, which is different than other retail stores. Well done!

Extremely rude employee, expected me to pay for crappy lumber, because "that is what they get from their Mfg. and they are not a cabinet shop", that I would not be able to use. Customer Service was awesome!

It is rare that my HomeDepot doesn’t have what I come for. And more often than not the staff helps me find a substitute item for my needs. This visit I didn’t find my orchid bark but I’m assured that it will be there in a couple days. The best thing is that HomeDepots have so many items so that often unnecessary to visit other stores.

When I asked an associate for help he told me he was on his way to the "loo" or he was going to leave a mess. He didn't offer to help upon his return nor did he offer to call another associate. I found two other employees standing shoulder to shoulder helping one person. I waited until they were done and when I asked one of them for help he told me, "Back off! Give me 6 feet dude!" I found that to be quite ironic in that I was wearing a mask and he wasn't nor were any of the employees. There was no indication that the register and keypad at the self-check-out was being cleaned by anyone. I won't be going back!

Worst Home Depot that I have been to. Rude associates and not willing to work to make the customer happy.

I Purchased over $1400 worth of items they set a delivery date and then changed it because their card machine went down. Store manager did nothing to help. I had sheet rockers coming for the planed day after delivery. The employee tried everything you could to try and make it right, but said the manager said it wasn't possible. I guess my $1400 worth of items wasn't a big enough order. I feel like they don't really back up there employees.

The person in flooring and counter tops was very good to work with.She helped us to find the best deals and let us know what was on sale. She was very friendly and great to work with.

Joseph the big black man is a stud super cool and way nice. Super great at problem solving Bridger is great at cutting wood. Ben is a homie, dude he took his time explaining screws answered all my questions he knew my name on my second visit.

Cami in the Pro desk is the main reason I go out of my way, to the Riverton location. She is always smiling and positive. She makes sure I get the best pricing available and is always willing to go out of her way to help out. THANKS CAMI!

This store does a great job with the social distance guidelines and still provides excellent service and prices!

I know with the virus and the social distancing that need to go on. With this store having 4 or 5 isles blocked off. Making them one way in and one way out it makes it hard for anyone to follow the law of social distancing. I think Home Depot needs to review this way they are forcing customers into being in close contact with each other. I will not be returning to Home Depot!!!

The employees are very helpful and friendly. The store was very organized, made it easy to find the product I was looking for.

Overall this store has good customer service, with one exception, an imployee by the name of Garth. He needs to find a new line of work. He has zero customer service skills and is very rude. I realy hope that i never have to deal with him again.

Paul in the appliance department was very informative about each gas stove. He was not pushy or made us feel rushed. We appreciated his knowledge and help.

This Home Depot in Riverton is my favorite store ever! They have very helpful employees and they always have what I need! The store is clean and arranged well, so you don't need to travel from one end to the other to find all your products that may need additional parts or accessories. Nice assortment of products in all departments too. I highly recomend the Riverton Home Depot for all you home supply needs!

Good experience

Carly in Customer Service went above and beyond to help us with our product return and to find new items that we needed. She stayed well after her shift to ensure we were taken care of and got what we needed. The entire staff was helpful, friendly and very polite, they even helped us find some better options for products than we had researched on our own. We've been to many HD locations, but the Riverton store is by far our favorite because of their staff. We will be loyal customers there for years to come because of Carly and others like her.

Always has what I need great service. Roman is a great employee.

Excellent paint departmet and pro- services desk. They will help stear you to the best products for your projects.

This store was clean and well organized foe what I needed. The employees were quick to offer help and new enough about the products I was interested in to help me make the right purchase decisions for my home project.

Customer Service cashier went above & beyond by researching online to match a lower price for me on the in-store item & also made sure my Military discount was applied !!

This HD is the best one in the Salt Lake valley, go see any of the pro desk folks for help.

This store consistently has everything I need when I need it. The Pro services team is THE BEST of any store, and we do a lot of business with Home Depot. General employees are always happy to help me out and the store is always clean

I normally shop at the West Jordan store, but went to Riverton because they had the mower I wanted. I was amazed at how busy they were. Seems busier than my store.

Great employees, great overall customer service, not exactly the cleanest place....

I love this location. I repair and refurbish furniture, as well as the occasional flip of camping and horse trailers. I'm at this store several times a week. For the most part, I know what tools and items I need before I get there. But when I need help working through an issue, there is always someone to help.
