I have bought tools from endless places (work in the field, industrial construction), and HD tools just hold up better. Some other places sell the same grade, but they cost more (specialized tools sellers), which is why I get all I can from them before I look anywhere else "first".

Joe and Bryan in appliances were EXCEPTIONAL at getting the appliance I needed ordered, with a Price Match (Lowe’s), and delivered to our new home in TX. Neither 1-800-HOME-DEPOT or the local Home Depot near our new house seemed interested in assisting me with the process. Joe and Bryan made it happen! They were exactly the employees that I loved to associate with when I worked for The Home Depot several years ago. They were friendly, knowledgeable and genuine in assisting me.

Hands down, the best Customer Service of any hardware store in the valley! when I go into this store, I know I will find what I need, and find it quickly. It is clean, well-laid-out and easy to navigate. And, when you need help, there are many people who can help. Today, for example, I couldn't find a certain type of plastic tubing. I found an Employee who was up to his eyeballs with stuff he was trying to display. He stopped what he was doing, walked me over to the correct spot, and found exactly what I needed! His name is Paul, but he was just one of many that are there to help.

I went into the store today not really knowing what fertilizer I needed for my lawn, Jake helped me find the perfect fertilizer for my lawn. He cared for me and my lawn just like it was his own, I will for sure be coming back.

We’ve been to 3 Home Depot stores in the 6 months since we purchased our house. In general, we’ve been shocked at the blatant disregard for customer service, but this visit really took the cake. We stopped in after work to buy a couple of items to trim out the shop we just built. We chose paint colors and went to look for the other materials while the paint was mixed. In the lumber section we searched all over for the trim boards, but couldn’t locate them. We found a nice young kid arranging carts and asked for his help, he explained that he didn’t normally work in lumber but that he would find someone to assist us. He approached a man in a forklift and began to ask, the man on the forklift told him “No, no, go away” the kid approached him closer and started to speak again while pointing toward us, the older man looked down the isle directly at my wife and I, then flipped the rear of the forklift around violently nearly striking the kid and said something else to him. You could tell right away that the kid was upset, he immediately deflated and hung his head, then turned back to us, we told him it was ok, and that we hoped he had a good night. We took our paint (because it would be wrong not to) and left. I understand a single incident, but this is ongoing, with multiple stores and is getting worse! I hope that poor kid goes to work somewhere else, where he’s not treated badly by his supervisors and learns that kind of treatment is unnecessary. I think we’ll take that (already paid off) Home Depot card and close the account, and find somewhere else to purchase our home improvement materials.

Riverton Home Depot is handy for local needs in finding home needs in building and repair for your house and yard.

Associates are always friendly and eager to help. Items are easy to find especially with the home depot app, and store is nice and tidy

This store has had some troubles with help from associates but it seemed extremely understaffed. Now the experience is much more pleasant! Still needs more associates in the late hours of the day!

Nice, clean store - our favorite one to shop! Love the competent help I receive. I was very pleased with the return counter, sweet young lady, Plumaria was so helpful and didn’t make me feel dumb for my mistake. Thank you for such a fine store.

Today was the best visit I've had at The Home Depot thanks to the returns department. Thank you Cher for your outstanding customer support and your helpful home tips and ideas. Also thank you to Paul who came over to help too. You two are the best employees in the store in my opinion.

Very friendly employees, fast check out, got everything I needed

The website helped me know exactly where to find my items and the associates that helped me explained with tips and tricks for how to install my new thermostat and even let me know that some of the products other websites said I "needed" were actually unnecessary and saved me money.

Don’t bother going here. Employees do not want to assist you and are ignorant to customer service. Go to Lowe’s!

This store does an awesome job to keep up on products in stock. They always seem to have what I need. In the spring and summer they have one of the best outside/garden areas around. Always a great selection.

The best hardware store in town.

We drove 45 minutes to buy a snow blower, but before we called to see if they had in stock. We asked if they could place the item aside since was the last one. When we got there the snow blower was already by the registers by the checkout with our names on it. Excellent customer service, cashier Ethan was friendly, polite and professional. I highly recommend. I would definitely drive 45 minutes just to shop at this location again!

I cannot express this enough, this Home Depot has some of the best employees when it comes to customer service. Dennis in the tool rental section and Adam who I found recently near the yard tools. We love coming here and get what we need plus EXCELLENT customer service.

John in windows and Jeff at customer service provided us service tonight with smiles and made us feel like we were important. They provided exceptional customer service in a professional and timely manner. They were there for us and not us for them. Thank you Jeff and John for making this shopping experience the best yet.
