This week we were at the Riverbank store several times, someone on plumbing was extremely helpful, in carpet install the employee was training he got the right person to help him quickly an did wonderful job, paint was a busy place but the employees were friendly and helpful

Enjoyed my visit with Riverbank Home Depot. I was impressed with my cashier for her abundance of knowledge on my home project. She saved me time and money with her expertise in my questions and concerns. I would go back. I personally think the service area needs more knowledgeable cashiers like the one I had, Terri.

This Home Depot store in Riverbank should be #1 of them all. The customer service here is the best ever. I have never come in here without someone saying Good Morning, and then can I help you find something. The cashiers are the best ever. The associates in all your department know their job. Where do you find such great people? Other stores should come in here and check it out. I recommend this store to everyone out there. You can meet the best people ever. I would like to also say that the managers are actually on the floor helping customers also. That is rare. Thank you to Daven, Mr. Z and would like to say I think your the best. There is this one young lady that is a job coach for one of your associates, she has helped me quite a few timse and she is not even a Home Depot employee. Her name is Donna and hats off to her.

I returned an item that i purchased with a debit card. Even thou i had the receipt, they gave me a gift card because i lost my debit card. Very unprofessional of home depot to hold my money hostage. I will definetely be going somewhere else for future purchases

We recently purchased a refrigerator from this location. Bobby in the appliance department was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to lead us in the right direction with brand and model. He has a wonderful sense of humor and was a pleasure to have assist us in this purchase process. We will be returning to this location often as we just purchased a home and look forward to seeing him when we stop by.

I live close to the Riverbank store and it is always a great experience when I go to the store. Everyone is always so helpful and willing to do whatever is needed to make my experience pleasant.

Staff at this location need to step up their customer service. Every encounter is difficult. When you can finally get someone's attention, most employees don't know where to find items throughout the store. Check out experience is also miserable. Customers are encouraged to do self check out, but military discount isn't honored in self check out, so you are forced to stand in line at the one and ONLY line with a cashier. Took two trips to the store recently to purchase an appliance. First time, employee was leaving in 10 minutes and no one was coming to take his place, yet the store was open another hour. Second time, waited 25 minutes from help and that was after physically calling from my cell phone and waiting for someone in the store to finally answer the phone. Employee that helped with appliance was more interested in urging me to give him all "5's to pass a survey" then providing the outstanding customer service that used to be found at Home Depot.

Great store to shop at. Always clean and friendly people.

Store is clean and neat expect for display items on the floors. Sometimes they block the product shelves. The employees working in various departments seem to know the subject. Sometime they really don't know. However they do try and find an answer if they don't have the knowledge. Over all good experiences when I shop there. Friendly over all. Always smile and talk to you when needed. Products and parts are in stock.

Friendly staff make this store a SUPERB shopping experience.

I have so much fun in that store. I could spend hours, but I need to go home at times. Whenever I buy an appliance I always look for Bobby, if he's not there I don't buy. I trust him and I trust his knowledge that he's going to sell me the best appliance that meets his standards and he knows we'll meet my standards.

always has the best prices and sales compared to other stores. particularly this store has some of the friendliest cashiers and employees i’ve been around. i come to this store over other home depot’s because of the friendliness and customer service i receive. seriously, keep up the great work, y’all are my favorite!

Products were easy to find!

The employees were extremely helpful.

First off the store was not as clean as other Home Depot’s I have been too. Second the associates have no idea on how to great customers even if it is a simple hello to make them feel welcomed. I walked by many associates even the Store Manager who failed to acknowledge any customers. Last I checked in retail it is our job to at least acknowledge our customers and thank them for choosing to shop at our store. Lastly I have never been so disappointed. While checking out I had a cashier who implied that I could potentially stealing from them and informed a younger gentlemen to inspect each and ever tote I purchase because I might be hiding things in between them. I get that this is their job, but to what? The customers experience in making them feel like I shop at Home Depot and am loyal to this company and brand only to be accused to stealing? If they inspected every customer that goes out the same way they inspected me I could understand and maybe accept it but I know for a fact that they do not. So why isolate me and make me feel like I am a thief. Even after I was done with my purchase the associate was still lifting each tote inspecting them.

Great customer service by the guy in the electrical dept who brought me around the store looking for an item he didn't know about I believe his name was Dave

This store has the number one employee I have ever come across in my many decades on this planet, Ashley. She has a wonderful personality, incredible smile and goes above and beyond to make your day a better one. After having a bad experience myself it was Ashley to the rescue. She could see that I was not happy and was genuinely interested in what had happened. She showed true empathy and instantly put me at ease. She was able to correct my issues and all the while did it with a smile. I've been in the service industry for over 20 years and Ashley is the most positively memorable person I have ever met. Her incredible smile doesn't hurt either.

I used the recently reconfigured Customer Service area today, and was VERY pleased with the way the staff expedited a waiting line of customers, and the efficiency of the staff.

Poor customer service, employees not helpful nor do they have knowledge about anything in the store. Poor shopping experience over and over, I only shop here for the convenience, I cannot rely on any employee to help.

Since Home Depot has upgraded their return area, it has made shopping much simpler and faster.

Clean products are top notch good customer service considerate especially to military when available knowledgeable and forth coming if items not HD product available they offer alternatives as to where I can readily get a time sensitive item.

The Store is always clean and organized. Products always available for purchase. The Associated are very pleasant and professional with excellent Customer Service. I enjoyed shopping at this store and I like this location.

Do Not go to this store if you are looking to by a U.S Flag. They do not carry them. They only have cheap bunting on their display racks and the employee have no knowledge of how or where to get a U.S. flag without having to purchase a pole also.
