Today, 02/15/2021, was the first time a sales associate asked if I was a Veteran and explained that there's a 10% discount for Veterans. I have been shopping at Home Depots for the past 20+ years. Thanks to the sales cashier, Terri, it's nice you took the time to ask and save 10% and thank you Home Depot for saluting our Veterans.

The personal try hard to meet our needs

This store is very good at getting your home improvement supplies and the store associates are very friendly. We decided to try them for carpet and vinyl flooring. We have had nothing but trouble with this project. First they trick you into the store with promotions that they don't have product for. We found this out by having to spend 3 hours trying to find carpet that would work for this project. Then we were told 2 to 3 weeks for installation, nope 4 weeks+ and 2 separate days. I suggest that unless you can do the work yourself, keep the flooring projects with a flooring company.

Every single product I looked for was in the wrong spot or spread out into the spot for a different product (I assume to make the shelf look stocked when it wasn't), employees went out of their way to avoid helping me, they literally weren't doing anything yet couldn't be bothered. Home Depot has strayed from it's original core value of hiring professionals to hiring unskilled labor and training them for 3 days then claiming they are pros in the field. Seriously how does your paint department not know what Naphtha is??? I will do everything I can to not go to Home Depot again.

Over all, the store is great store. however, I wish associates have more knowledge with items.

Riverbank HomeDepot is my go to place. The store has everything for your home inside and out, I ❤️ Their paint department and have painted something in my house every year. Great garden selection to update the yard. I know am going to tile my bathroom. Love this place it’s an adult fun land!

I have been going to this Home Depot since it opened in Riverbank and they have never failed me. The staff are always nice and helpful and honest. I have used the online pick-up service several times and we have also used the kitchen remodel people to do our kitchen counter tops. The work was done very well and the workers were very good about demo and clean up. Thanks

Would like to thank Terri at Riverbank store for helping me return a shipped online item. It was complicated. She was busy with all kinds of questions and business with other employees and she still kept cool. busy day for her.

On a slow Sunday night (May 31 at 7:00), a clerk announced that we only had a HOUR left to shop and asked us to come to the register to check out. I could see a 15 or 30 minute warning to checkout. My shopping experience made me want to leave the store. There were very short lines, 1 - 2 customer wait but my register had nobody in front of me.

Very unhelpful rude employees that do not listen. At the end of our experience we were right all along. I will just leave it at that.

They told me they would hold the item until 5/29. That's tomorrow. When I showed up to pick it up, they told me they had returned it to the warehouse early this morning. SAY WHAT??? What an outrageous waste of my time. I thought this was a place for a shout out to the one person who helped me and made it right, Alexis. Can you please make a note???

Once I finally got help... Doug was VERY HELPFUL!! He has a great personality and was very knowledgeable. I was about at my wits end when he came to my rescue! Thanks again Doug!!!

I used the pick up service for the first time, the staff was extremely helpful retrieving my order and loading up my car.

Disappointed in my in-store pickup purchase. Item was damaged and employee (not a manager) refused partial refund or credit; stated that I had to bring item all the way back to the store (despite recording discouraging returns during this time period.

This store is very clean and took extra precautions for the covid-19. Their staff is very knowledgeable and courteous.

The employees at this store are just awesome. I made an error in my online order and when I arrived at the store they were so helpful in assisting me in getting the order corrected. They took their time explaining what I had done wrong when I made the order and then corrected it and got my order for me and helped me take it to my truck. I so appreciated it and am grateful they are working during these challenging times.

The store is convenient and we have used it many times. Once while doing a remodel of a rental and ended up at a competitor and found that Home Depot is MUCH Better.

Andrew in the lumber dept. apparently has better things to do than to help customers. He surely let me know that when I asked him if he was paid hourly and questioned what difference it made to him to help me (after getting attitude from him); "I have other things to do." He literally damaged the wood he was cutting for me and damaged the motor on the saw as he was cutting it by being upset (annoyed?). Store policy now says that you can only get sheet goods cut 6 times and that 4 of those 6 times would be charged $2.00 each. I needed a total of 12 cuts. So if a person needs more than the 6 cuts done, are they supposed to walk out of the store and turn right around and then get the additional cuts they need? Maybe allow someone else to get their cuts done after 6? There has got to be a better solution here. The store policy puts Andrew in the middle of taking care of the customer and getting in "trouble" for not holding to policy. (Still no reason for him to get so bent out of shape) If you're going to offer a service to your customers, off it fully or not at all. Don't put the customer and/or the employee in a position that can't be satisfied.
