The store was clean, the employees that I interacted with where really nice and helpful, but I had some difficulty finding couple of item's, one was in a corner that you would just pass and not perceive that the item is there. Also as I was browsing some tools on an isle, I almost got hit by an employee passing by with some wood boards, so I just recommend being careful.

We have been shopping since at this store was open. The associates always helpful.

Home Depot is Awesome. I think its cool and great and stupendous...

I NEEDED A NEW SWAMP COOLER PUMP. I WENT TO THE ONLINE PICKUP TO ASK FOR HELP AFTER I PICKED OUT A 5000 SWAMP COOLER PUMP. I ASKED IF THE 5000 WOULD WORK. A MALE EMPLOYEE GOT ON THE COMPUTER TO LOOK IT UP COMPARED TO THE SWAMP COOLER PUMP I BROUGHT IN. AFTER A SHORT WAIT FOR ANOTHER EMPLOYEE CAME UP TO HELP ME AND CALLED LOUIE IN PLUMBING TO MAKE SURE I WAS BUYING THE RIGHT SWAMP COOLER PUMP. LOUIE WAS ON HIS LUNCH BREAK BUT HE STILL ANSWERED HIS PHONE AND TOLD THEM I NEEDED THE 11000 SWAMP COOLER PUMP. THIS IS ABOVE & BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I greatly appreciate the Rialto store. I was treated with respect as a woman and also as a paying customers. The service I received from beginning to end was very noticeable. This is great service and the way it should most of the time. I saw consistency. Thank you. I will return.

Their customer service for appliances sucks their response is the appliance are coming from a third party and you need to deal with the third party. How sad that you can not found with exceptional customer service when you are spending hundreds of dollars at their store. Their store does not even deserve one star

Friendly store , plenty of assistance to get you in and out and finish your project.

I normally do not shop here but a cashier named Jennifer was so helpfull and nice that from now on I will only shop at this store.

GOOD STAFF VERY HELPFUL

The cashier we dealt with was really inappropriate during check out. She repeatedly leaned over the front of our cart to play with my son & flirt with my husband. She did this the entire time we were dealing with her. Then "playfully" acted like she was going to leave with us when we were done. We were in line to pay & leave, not deal with a young female cashier who doesn't know how to do her job while behaving appropriately & professionally.

Customer service is horrible. You have to wait a long time for stuff other then off the shelf! Like 20 + minutes. And while you're waiting, no one has an answer if someone is doing something or not. Store employee stands looking around, no action. No answers.

Associates know their products and which aisle to find it.

employees are always very helpful and take there time answering my questions. the gentleman that works in the paint department his name is Dan, goes above and beyond in helping me with all my questions on paint, refinishing furniture, and staining furniture.

I went in to buy some simple things for a job I'm doing. I met his great girl named Jessica G. who was amazing. She helped me find everything I needed, recommended different products to use, & made my trip an overall great experience. If you go try to get attended by her. She was great! One of their top employees im sure!

Had a wonderful shopping experience at Home Depot Rialto store. My cashier Joann O. was very courteous, knowledgeable and provided great customer service with a smile. The cashier is normally the last person we interact with. It's so pleasing to know that we can experience great customer service from the beginning of our shopping experience all to way to the end of it at the checkout/register. It really leaves a great lasting impression and makes you more inclined to return. Great job Joann and the rest of the Rialto associates.

always a clean store, and I like when even if you don't need, they offer help to load some medium to heavy products
