Excellent and friendly employees at this location. So happy we came to this store for our kitchen design and purchase

The management team doesn’t honor their word . The manager I am speaking about is Maria Castro operations manager . I was promised a $10 discount but at the end of my transaction I was given $0 discount. All miss. Castro said was well we don’t give discount I was trying to give you one but I can’t . I said to her well can you offer me a $10 gift card she said no . I purchased a portable air conditioner @ $349 . I will be returning this unit . I should have listened to my gut feeling and never purchased it From this store. Live and Learn G.P.

DAN, IN THE PAINT DEPARTMENT WAS VERY HELPFUL TODAY IN HELPING ME MATCH THE CHALLENGING PAINT COLOR I NEEDED FOR A REHAB PROJECT IN A HISTORICAL CRAFTSMAN HOME BUILT IN 1905. DAN went out of his way and managed to mix the perfect shade we need it!! I’ve been going to this Rialto location and l like that is clean, I find what l need. I specially get my paint here since 2005 when l started buying properties to fix and resale. DAN has always been the associate l look for. He’s knowledgeable,easygoing, polite and gets the job done right the first time !!

This store/location never disappoints. Everytime I am there, I find what I need and the staff is more than willing to help. If a person doesn't know the exact answer he or she would ask another person. My experience there is always A+

I like this store a lot and have had some very good buying experiences here over time, including a military discount. I do not shop for the products carried by Home Depot anywhere else !

The store like other all Home Depots are clean and very convenient to go shopping on what ever you need.The staffs are friendly and accommodating.Great job!

The employees are helpful and courteous. The store was clean and well organized. Check out was wonderful and quick. Even though they have the self checkout, I prefer to deal with the cashier.

I don't know what Deptartment he works in but Freddie is a great representitive for the Rialto Home Depot. He went above and beyond in helping me find what I needed, carried it to checkout for me, since I couldn't see a shopping cart in the Garden area, and then carried it to my car for me. I'm 74 and handicapped and just asked the first employee that I saw in the store, Freddie. Rather than just pointing or giving me verbal directions, Freddie really helped.

The paint guy is the best here! However, there is one particular employee who I've had more than 3 x had her follow me, once she opened up the shop vac box to see if anything was added ! I absolutely refuse to even give her the courtesy or concern. Her name is Rhonda or Marsha! And let me add I spend ay least $500 a month at this store!! So take it for what it os folks! Toodle Lou.

LOVE THE MULTIPLE SELECTIONS IN GARDENING AND COOL CATS THAT WORK HERE AND THE MUSIC MAKES YOU STAY IN LONGER AND SHOP!

My experience here has always been incredible! The people there are always willing to help and are patient with you and are very knowledgeable too!! I've been shopping here since I bought my home a few years and frequent this location to make repairs and home improvements. I will continue to shop here and recommend others to do the same!!
