Store 6590 in Reno NV was terrible. Over the last couple of times we have shopped there service has gotten worse. Had great service at store 921had wonderful customer service

This store is always busy but clean and employees are readily available and willing to help out!

Store does not or would not enforce Covid 19 requirements of wearing protective masks of people entering the store, and those coming into the store and removing their protective masks and walking around. Home Depot employees were asked to enforce the Covid 19 protocols and they would not.

In this place the salesman are really friendly and helpful. They will go with you to show you where you can find the product that you are looking for. The store was clean and they use the correct protection in this difficult time with the Covid around.

this was not a reno store. It was the store on fort apache and tropicana in las vegas. Team members were great. everything was great. Thats why home depot is my "GOTO" home improvement store

Do not shop here if you expect to have any assistance from a manager named Holly. She is unprofessional and has no respect for customers of this store. She didn't offer any alternative methods to help me get an item I was looking for and continued checking in with her employees. I clearly crossed her path at an inconvenient time. While going to check out I found what I needed and since she was in eye sight I walked up to her and let her know I did find it so that way she'd be more aware of her inventory for the next customer. Her backhanded response was not necessary. Keep hiding behind a fake smile, Shame on you Holly. Don't be rude to your customers.

I couldn't find what I was looking for. I couldn't find an employee to assist me. I bought a hot water heater which a fellow shopper helped me with. I couldn't get an employee to help me load it. Again a fellow shopper helped me load it. I ended up going elsewhere to but the other items needed.

Convenient location, one stop shopping, usually has everything a come to get!

I shop this store in Reno whenever I need home improvement type items. The employees are consistently friendly and helpful, what I want is almost always in stock or online to be picked up at this store. On my last trip an employee went out of her way to help me find and reach a product I wanted.

Easy location......and the employees are most helpful. The one that stood out for me was Sales Cashier Peter....thank you for your help.

If you are a veteran stay away from this store. These people here do not honor their veterans. If you don't believe me try and get a full 10% discount without having to argue with a supervisor for it and allow them to belittle you in front of other employees and customers. Hooah!

Excellent service with dedicated and competent staff

I have been to quite a few different Home Depot’s across the US. This is by far the best day I’ve had at a Home Deopt... especially this particular location. The Customer service that I received today from “Tory & Pony” was superb! Thank you both for your help and making my visit today wonderful! ;)

We just purchased our new kitchen, from the floor, to appliances, counter tops & sinks. We were assisted with this daunting process with store associate Sharon Krook. She made the whole process a great experience. She never one time made you feel like you were burdening her with any questions or concerns. She was extra knowledgeable on all of our needs!! Made our buying experience an enjoyable one!

The store is always clean when I go in. I frequent this location because every time I make a trip here I have a positive experience. Very seldom do I encounter an issue, and its usually an item (lump charcoal) that is out of stock. Every associate that I have encountered has been excited to provide help; I never feel like a burden to ask for help. I also can readily find an employee for assistance, which is very important to me.

Management has no interest in training employees or assisting when these employees are in Over their head

More mask enforcement is needed. Saw many customers not wearing masks, and many members of staff wearing them incorrectly.

I love this Home Depot the best in Reno/Sparks. It seems smaller but everyone is so nice and still has what I need when I go.

The entire staff was extremely helpful. Especially the cashier Jesse who did an outstanding job! Kind, professional, and he had a great attitude despite the chaos of a Saturday morning. The store was clean, organized, and well stocked. Overall great experience! Thanks for all you guys do working on the front lines!

This store seems smaller than some but I feel very comfortable here, like I'm in a much smaller town and everyone knows everyone and everyone knows there job and likes it.

We came from Kings Beach to the Reno store for grass style carpet and other items. The specialty advisor helped us & was very knowledgeable. It was the best Home Depot experience I have ever had. His name may have been Michael.

Staff are generally very knowledgeable and helpful. Like most modern chain stores, this store is understaffed and way too many non-customer duties are required of the few staff. It's difficult to find help and customers sometimes have to wait in line. Once someone is found, they are usually courteous and knowledgeable.

Great service from the gentleman at the paint department, and from the female at the cash register.
