This store has great employees who are knowledgeable and helpful. We've been treated well; not just once but every time we shop there. They ask questions and listen to our needs.

Gary Briggs in the appliance department did a great job of customer service and helped us get what we needed in a timely fashion.

On 7/7/21 I walked into the store and stood around for approximately 7 minutes near the washer and dryer section before someone acknowledged me and asked if I needed help. After I purchased my washer and dryer I wanted to purchase a toilet. The sales associate that assisted me with my purchase paged someone for the plumbing department and told me they would meet me there. I went to the plumbing department and stood in the aisle. There was a Caucasian woman standing in the aisle as well. Two, not one but two Caucasian men came to the plumbing department looked at me, walked past me and went straight to the Caucasian woman. She looked baffled. I looked like here we go again!!!

Well stocked store with very helpful salespeople.

Lowe’s is next door. Go there for better customer service and better products

The floor walkers were very kind and helpful. Cashier in garden center was very helpful and pleasant. Over all the store was very clean and employees were nice and helpful.

This store is always clean, has the products they advertise about, plenty of workers ready to help, plenty of registers and helpful associates. We went there to buy a large ticketed item and applied for the CC. We were approved and received a discount for our purchase. What we didn’t know was that our military discount would kick out that card discount. But we only got the card for this purpose. Well without having to argue and become a Karen asking for the manager.....a funny and sassy assistant named Eva came over and made it all work!! She was great!! She then thanked him for his service and sent us on our way. She put a smile on our face in a situation that could have turned ugly.

The store is clean, the employees are friendly and helpful, the stock is kept in good supply. I will use this store again and I do recommend it over the other option because of price and choices.

If you need blinds cut this is NOT the place to go; or do your research ahead of time for what type you will want and need. All the department specialist, I had, will tell you is “tell me how you want it cut and I’ll cut it” and “you can buy two blinds and I’ll cut them each but I will not make you two blinds out of one” — I didn’t even get to ask about what type would be better for one room from another. I went TO the store to get my questions answered and leave with blinds in hand. I was actively shopping for PVC and got cut off by two employees who didn’t offer service what so ever but needed to put a gate up smack in the middle of the aisle so they could use the lift to restock/stock something high up. I left the aisle because I couldn’t get to what I needed.

We encountered only one employee who was helpful, Gene in the electrical department!! It wasn't in his department in flooring but he came to our assistance..

The sales people are very efficient and courteous. Willing to help out where needed.

I went to home depot today and most of their outdoor plants look nice but they had an entire rack of desperate houseplants. Most were salvageable. Not marked down though. I asked the very unfriendly cashier about them and she snapped that they get thrown away. I was very disappointed in both her attitude and in the policy. At least give the plants to schools for the children, or offer them at discount. What a waste!

Everyone there is so kind! Cindy is especially our favorite employee there!

Very rude lady that worked at the self-pay register on May 1st, 2021 at 4.30 pm. I shop there all the time, but this is the second time the staff was rude when asked a simple question.

The paint department is completely useless. They either understaff that department so frequently that the staff members have become surly and apathetic to giving good customer service or they never cared in the first place. I waited for 35 minutes to have paint mixed and even when there was no one in line, and when the staff member was not mixing another paint order, he still ignored me and I ended up leaving without the paint I wanted. I don’t know if it was because I was a young woman and was being ignored because they assumed I’d need a lot of help and they didn’t want the hassle or what but it was a waste of a hour of my time and I still don’t have paint for my project. Very disappointed in Home Depot.

Visited the Home Depot store looking for 60 watt dusk to dawn light bulbs. Could not locate the bulbs I needed. I asked for help and a store clerk assisted me in locating the dusk to dawn bulbs. The store clerk was so nice to talk to and she took me right to the items I needed. She was so helpful and had a very nice smile and made you feel welcome. I did not get her name. In closing it was a pleasure shopping at the Home Depot Store. You now have a customer that will always shop at Home depot. Such great customer service i received.

We just recently moved here from Ohio and we needed so many household items from ceiling fans, to washer and dryer, etc. This Home Depot is very well managed. I was blown away with the courtesy of the staff and their genuine interest in helping us meet our shopping needs. We will return again and again.

Home Depot you are a breath of fresh air! It's so wonderful to see your associate genuinely take interest in customer needs. Not like the competitor(lots to desire). Will definitely continue to shop here!

The store was very clean and felt comfortable there. Mark working in the Appliance Department was very good. I would highly recommend anybody to see him for purchasing an appliance.

The best Home Depot store I have even been to. All empoyees are very helpful and friendly. The store is neat, clean and all items are in shelves. It just make my life easier. Cheers

Great customer service throughout the store. Products that just arrived had not been stocked, "S", from the customer service desk went out of her way to find the product, track someone down to get them unloaded and stayed with the task to successful completion ensuring customer satisfaction. Well done!

Everything we were shopping for on this trip was in stock! In addition to items we specifically needed to purchase, we browsed for a couple of items we need to purchase in the future. The gentlemen in the appliances department were extremely helpful (did not get their names), and Austin was very helpful to us during the self-checkout and immediately afterward. All in all, this was a pleasant trip to Home Depot.

We recently move to Delaware and We’ve been in this store twice already and both times the employees helped us make decisions. Need a washing machine or a dryer then you must go and see Ken S., he’s very knowledgeable and won’t steer you in the wrong direction.
