Chrisi was most helpful in getting our new grill into the car. We had to take a side bar off and she was pleasant and professional. We finally got the grill into the car. Chrisi made my day much better! We need more Chrisi’s in the world today!

I had to replace my Washer / Dryer combo and I live in Florida. Mark Bennett, in appliances, was the best person I have ever had to work with in situations like this, and I've had several. I am definitely going to call him when I get ready to replace the frig and stove.

In door department, salespeople Isabella and Brian, were very helpful diagnosing our needs and helping us find solutions. Isabella was especially knowledgeable about specific necessary details we had not considered in making our initial selection.

Both Caesar and Dan in the Flooring Department deserve recognition for their hard work. They were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that my expectations were exceeded. They are problem solvers and truly exhibit excellent customer service traits.

I showed up at my local Home Depot store with a 12 year old can of paint searching for a new can of matching paint. Thanks to Eva and Patrick in the paint department they were able to find a perfect matching color. They accomplished this while still assisting other customers. I was so impressed by how helpful and professional they were.

I attempted to return items and beth was a horrible and rude representative who declined my return items and said it was not in my pro acct. I decided to go to a better rep and moved to the next representative who found my receipt and gave me a full refund. Big thanks to lisa!!! I would not hire the other representative Beth!!!!

I ordered my kitchen cabinets and Mike did a awesome job with my order. He was friendly, knowledgeable and worked out my dilemma of different things coming in at different times, so I can pick it all up at once.

The product dropped in price after purchasing 2 weeks prior. One assistant manager said it’s only a 2 week guarantee. The closing manager said 30 days so I’m satisfied and received the better price even after the 30 day as I was out of town at the time.

Store #1604 in Lewes was so helpful in assisting me in my purchase of my new Toro Lawn mower.

Eva and her staff were amazing! Connor who happened to be walking by dropped everything and helped retrieve the product for me. They took extra care to find the products I needed while still helping other patrons. They allowed me to assist in restocking the shelf where the product was missing and were gracious enough to help expedite my sale after. Wonderful group of people to work with!
