Excellent customer service at this Home Depot! Especially in the lumber section - Carlos was great help!

I FOUND THE PRODUCTS EASILY

April, was a very nice cashier!

The store was clean, and items were easy to find.

This is my main store and always I see a lot of stock I like that

I’d come back to this store (despite it not being the closest to my home) just for the employees! Every single person we encountered was kind, offered help, and at least greeted us in some capacity. It was a breath of fresh air compared to our normal HD experience!

Every HD associate was very welcoming, friendly and helpful, unlike most stores were at least 1 person would ignore you or give you the feeling as if you are a bother to them. The entire store was very clean, even the bathroom.

Latifah She Was Amazing. Shryl Shes been a great help through out the years Karla She speaks spanish always willing to help Chris : Chris is always willing to help when we look for tools, and very friendly at all times not only with us but with everyone when we see him. something thats key HE TAKES THE TOOLS AT FRONT TO THE CASHIER TO ENSURE THE TOOLS ARENT BEEN STOLEN.

After visiting a competitor that kept us waiting 20 minutes with no help, the people at Home Depot helped us right away, knew all of the answers to our questions and waited patiently for me to find a cart to help me load my item.

Great service there.

They failed with customer service today. I requested assistance on an aisle and when the person arrived they proceeded to assist someone else. Then they walked off with the person to assist in another part of the store all while I am asking if they are coming back. Associate never acknowledged I was there, it was disgraceful and I will not return to Home Depot.

I frequently shop at this particular Home Depot because its convenient to my home and business and I know where to find certain products and materials and if I don't the Employees are always helpful, professional and informative in assisting me in this area. The store is always neat and clean and especially during this time of the Pandemic there is usually someone at the front entrance encouraging face mask wearing for the safety of all. I'm quite satisfied and I know I will be back to shop at this location. Thank you!!

In tools & equipment department, one of the employee told me that if I am buying or just looking at the items, it was rude and unprofessional. and the lady at the doors and windows department seemed she was done for the day.

Queen (Latifa) demonstrated how excellent customer service is done. In my transactions today, she demonstrated patience, safety, knowledge and concern. Since it was a particularly stressful time, her pleasant and supportive demeanor and timely suggestions proved to be a breath of fresh air. I was able to get all I needed to replace my in home water heater unit (50 Gallons) and she made the complicated process enjoyable. Thanks Queen! I would 100% recommend this Home Depot in general and the phenomenal customer service of Queen in particular.

Sharon in customer service was terrific. She went the extra mile to find my “lost” order, which every other employee gave me rigamorole about when I tried to find a solution. As for the rest of it: Curbside pickup is awful. Waited for thirty minutes in Raleigh heat. Was given the wrong package, so had to go into the store anyway. Was told some nonsense about having to cancel order and send in new one. Don’t offer it if you can’t do it properly. As usual, no help was available on the floor. I was looking for some electrical equipment and there was no one In that Dept around. Finally, a nice lady in the Garden Dept helped me out. Fortunately I had the bin number and the aisle number so she could help me find the objects I was looking for. Mandatory wearing of masks was not enforced. I understand that it is not part of the job of the employees. So, hire a big burly security guard or better, an off-duty cop to handle enforcement. But I must repeat that Sharon in Customer service was the best. I can’t say enough about her kindness and calmness and determination. She definitely did more than the average employee would have.

Store is clean and workers are friendly. Have had to place several special orders here and each time everything was delivered correct and on time.

I have spent a lot of money being that I work in construction and the maintenance field as well as working on my own house. I also use Milwaukee tools so I use your stores quite often just for that reason. I was looking for a Hoover carpet cleaner to buy but there weren’t any in stock. I was helped by Linda on trying to locate one and she was very helpful.

I would give zero start if possible. Worst customer service rep at this store.

Unhelpful, immature staff. No pride in doing work correctly. Rarely came here because Lowe’s is so much more pleasant and so close. Will never return to this store

Everyone was great clean store, friendly staff.

At this time with COVID 19, I was shocked to see there were no clean carts available for customers. When I asked an associate about this they told me "there are carts outside" . I asked if these had been cleaned and her response was" I don't know". The store used to have a lot of friendly employees, I saw at least 20 today and not one greeted or said anything.
