Great store

no military discount very unfair to our veterans

Used to be my closest, most convenient store. I won't be going there anymore. Policies regarding discounts for military has changed (no warning to customers, I don't believe, which is frustrating when you go to purchase something and find out you no longer have an anticipated discounts). This location only now accept active duty military discounts and no longer dependents or National Guard members (which is absolutely ABSURD as NG soldiers have JUST as much the sacrifice as any active duty member AND also DIRECTLY helps our STATE- yet no let's not include them because they're not "active" duty. I was informed there is a new manager who "went back to the old way" which, as a customer, is not exactly the new manager I want to have in my store. Also that type of attitude makes me worried as to what it will be like for employees (who are great) under this new management. I'll go elsewhere.

love the customer service desk, employees are always helpful

Nearly every time I visit, I see the manager Johanna, who always has a warm greeting and friendly demeanor, and is always at the ready for any request I might have. I have a tendency to show up just before closing, and she personally has ushered me around the store to retrieve the items I had come for, before closing the store for the night. That is something that one almost never encounters at other retail establishments.

it was alright

Employees did not know where fencing materials were kept. I asked 3 different employees and received 3 wrong answers. at other stores the employees looked on their phones and told me where the item was located. The cashier was rude and wanted me to go back and get another item with a bar code so that she could scan the item. I refused and waited until an employee was available to go get one. The whole checkout process took 20 minutes. I asked to see a manager and was told they were in a meeting. Worse Home Depot I have ever shopped at.

The store is clean and well organized, Oscar in housewares helped me reset my car remote battery. Benjamin in appliances helped me and my mom pick out a refrigerator and stove. Jean at the front of the store always talks about the services the Home Depot offers and who to ask for Tara the manager has helped to resolve user problems Wonderful experience at Home Depot

Came into this store dreading what I had to do. we needed assistance and got Larry. He was a well mannerd person. Cashier was very helpful! Store was clean! We weren't there for more than 20 mins, I was amazed!

Three employees Brian Beckman, Steven Webb and John Fraser all went above and beyond to help me get the correct door handle with a lock to keep me safe in my apartment. I came into Home Depot very frustrated and concerned for my wellbeing with no tools to do the project I had to do. I actually had to come back to the store 5 times in the same day before the project was completed and every time all three employees listened and helped me get exactly what I needed. Amazed at their customer service and knowledge!!!

Store was clean and neat and staff were very helpful.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make sure you got everything you were looking for. Without asking, they potted me a plant to put in my new plant holder. It made all the difference and I was able to display it as soon as I got home. When an associate noticed there was no one to load 9 bags of mulch into my car, she came straight over and loaded them herself. Excellent Customer Service!

This store is well stocked, prices are good, friendly and helpful employees. An associate will help you find a particular item if you cannot find it or know exactly what you need.

Staff was not helpful, after waiting in line for 20 minutes i was told one of my items would not scan. I was directed to remove my items and go back to the isle and find another item that would scan. After patiently waiting to make a purchase the staff should be more helpful. Will never return to this store again.

HOME DEPOT ALWAYS HAS A LARGER COLLECTION AND QUALITY ITEMS IN EVERY DEPARTMENT. I GO OUT OF MY WAY TO SHOP THERE, EVEN THOUGH I LIVE CLOSER TO LOWE'S. EMPLOYEES ARE ALSO MUCH FRIENDLIER AND VERY HELPFULL.

Some time ago, it was very difficult to find help in the store, but now there's always someone willing and able to help find items in the store or talk to about a tricky kind of project. two thumbs up.

Although this is a big store, I've always been able to find a friendly employee who is willing to guide me. Today, I visited the store with my fellow Girl Scout leader. We were looking for materials to create an outdoor art project with a group of first grade girls. We struck gold when we met Tom, in the garden department. Not only did he guide us, but he also seemed to enjoy the challenge. He helped us locate the materials, measure and plan the layout, and even cut the lumber. His guidance and advice were invaluable. We are so appreciative and promise to bring in a photo of the finished project to share with him! We could not have planned this without him.

the employee I requested help from was not knowledgeable or competent at all. You need employees who can think out of the box. If the store doesn't have the item a customer is looking for, the employee should be able to propose an alternate solution, offer a different product that could work as well.
