The store was clean and easy to find things very helpful and friendly

This store has friendly employees and customers. There does not seem to be as wide a range of products as other Home Depots in bigger cities. I have been told many times that items are available online, with free delivery to the store for pickup. I recommend looking online for items at this Home Depot location before making a trip to the store and the item not being in stock.

The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. The store is usually stocked . Sales items are available. The rebates are usually fast to process.

Every time we visit the Pulaski, Tennessee Home Depot Store we feel welcomed by the friendly Associates. They quickly point us in the right direction to find what we need and often lead us to the right spot. It is a joy to shop this store.

Order cabinet from there about 3 week ago still waiting for them they should be here this Friday but don't like having to wait about two to three after getting install to get the counter top in, I been without my kitchen since Nov 22 and I need to be able to fix a whole complete meal can't go out to eat all the time, its not all home depot it is insurance and me also, cause I started taking everything out as soon as I found the water leak cause I never had to deal with this before and didn't know what to do so everything is place all over the house

Most stores you have to hunt for employees to get assistance. I saw them everywhere, and if I was stopped and looking, they would stop and ask if we need assistance. Love that.

The store was clean. Everyone was helpful. I was asked quite a few times if I need help to find anything and pointed in the right direction.

The store was very clean and brightly lit. Every employee that we encountered was friendly and offered help along the way. We have been in many Home Depot locations around the country and this store is by far a much nicer experience to shop. Other stores are dirty and seem jumbled in how things are arranged. On some occasions employees of this store have told us of upcoming promotions in which we came back and took full advantage of - kudos to the team for advising people of these special sales.

If you ever need paint see Amber, she is exceptional!

Love the paint girl! She will go out of her way to help you find the color you need!

This store is very clean and the employees make their customers feel welcomed and there's also someone close for any assistance that you may need or questions that you have. We also love the kids workshop that that have every month.

This is the best store to shop at for all your needs, outstanding and friendly service!

Very helpful associates

Without a doubt the worst excuse for customer service of any store I’ve ever seen and were a military family that has lived alllver the world. You can never find staff that’s not talking to friend and other employees to get help. Management has blinders on and most are very lazy and couldn’ycare about customer service. Many times they don’t have product on the shelf’s for weeks and can’t say when it will come in. No one wants to help you load if it’s heavy. Today it took 90 minutes to get someone to get product and get it loaded what a joke.

Friendly people work at this Pulaski home depot. When I needed help I did get it. He did seem tired and over worked a bit. His eyes were red. The next day I returned and got amazing customer service, from Savannah ! 5 star the next day!

Have to recommend Savannah in LUMBER and LEE in tools and hardware. Great customer service, They both love their jobs and do it for the customer! It was a great experience. We love to be treated well, expecially when we are spending over 1,000 for a home project in one day! She counted out wheat we needed and helped us find a box to put them in and labeled it for faster checkout time! Really thoughtful for us and the cashier.! We will use this home depot always... keep hiring customer friendly people! THANKS!

This store was a very pleasant experience after several online disasters with my bathroom vanity top. Two tops arrived cracked and in pieces after waiting a week with each order. I had to choose a store stock marble top with the help of Sharon, the salesperson. She was patient and very helpful in our new choice of a vanity top. it is a breath of fresh air to have competent employee that can assist the customer in such a pleasant way.

The Home Depot is our store. The store associates have the knowledge of there departments. Which is so helpful, and so willing to help and explain how to do and use the products.

They don't care about customer service like they used to. Back in 2014, you couldn't look in any direction without seeing a smile. Now cashiers stand around talking and no one asks if they can assist you. On the positive side, shelves are well stocked and it's nice to look up online where something is before going into the store.

I have bought lots of items at this store from washing machine, lumber ( which they cut some pieces to specific size I needed) flowers plus the niciest was a storage building.

Terrible customer service. Very rude, cashiers act like you are a bother when coming thru their line like they not want to do anything.

This is a smaller town HD , every time I need something I have no trouble finding it or somebody helping me out! Moved out here from Los Angeles 10 years ago and could not believe the difference in customer service, I love it!
