Clean , neat, friendly store

My family moved here from Florida, we have exhausted our life savings in the last year at the Pulaski store trying to set our house up for the future. Each individual in this store is like a family. I go there some days just to get away from home to daydream. It amazes me how much the store feels like family!! This should be a model for all the stores

Garden department is well stocked

I'm so glad this HD store is closest to me because it is the cleanest one I have ever been to and I also know some of the employees personally.

Store was extremely clean and organized and the employees seemed to be very happy. Everyone went above and beyond just doing their job.

I bought a dewalt chalk line a few weeks ago and it is good as new. I used it much. I like to go shopping in Home Depot.

My wife and I purchased a home here we moved from Florida due to cancer we could no longer afford to live in Florida. I’m still on chemo but we’re having to do work here at the house and I have purchased everything that I needed for my home at this specific store And every single time I have ever been in there the employees have gone out of their way to make my trip. Amazing. I can’t say enough good things about the store.

This store is not even in my area but had to use for certain product. One of the best home improvement stores I've ever delt with. Thanks!

I'm working on a cabin in the country and travel to this Home Depot Store to purchase my goods and everyone there is so helpful and friendly. I really feel at home when I go there.

This store is unlike any other experience in a Home Depot I have had. When you walk in you are greeted by staff and made to feel like you are a part of the family! I came in one day (right after chemo) and was extremely weak. A staff member saw me struggling and accompanied me on my entire journey to make sure I was ok and got everything I needed. I love this store and the employees!!

The employees are friendly and knowledgeable

I am currently building a residence in TN, however am relocating from Georgia. My hometown Home Depot in GA had a sale on the sink I was purchasing in TN. The Pulaski Home Depot would not match the price because it was from another Home Depot. They said the only way they would match the price was if it was from a competitor. Please tell me how that make any since.

Employees need better training on helping and hearing out the customers needs. Rational thinking.

There is a Lowe’s nearby and another Home Depot closer than this one, but we prefer to travel to Pulaski We’ve had excellent service here and products are usually available.

Store great employees great but can't shop if the disability carts battery don't hold a charge and are aways broken down. They need to help the disabled

I purchased some light bulbs that did not work for the fixture and the refund was quickly taken care of. After purchasing other items, the clerk at the self check-out was very polite and happy to help me.

My husband has always wanted a Garage - Last year we were able to build one - We now have 6 electric saws - 2 big ones plus multiple other items. My husband has built counters around them (of course wood and necessities from Home Depot). We have 4 grown sons - guess where they love to shop - Home Depot - At Christmas each son receives a 200 dollar gift card from Home Depot - Guess what they have? Saws - Grinders - hand tools, blowers, pressure washers, etc. Home Depot Forever

Bought life proof flooring

Not a particular order - it's all of the orders we place online for pickup and items in store that we go in to purchase. The Pulaski store covers everything we want from them and they do it courteously and most of the time -QUICKLY. Really like dealing with them.
