The store is clean,the employees are very friendly and Willing to help you with whatever you need in finding what you want and knowledgeable in their specialties.they work hard, somework 2 departments and very busy but always greet you with respect and a Smile .

Too early in the morning for this. My visit to Home Depot are always quick. This morning my encountered at self-check was horrible. I arrived at self check out to make my purchase and found a item was too much. Before I left I told the attendant I will be right back. When I arrived to purchase the items they were gone and when I bought that to the attention of the attendant she blew it off and wanted me to get the items that were taken to the service counter. She didn’t offer to page or have the items returned to the counter for self checkout. I had to ask her to have them returned she only said she couldnt leave then I asked her can she page someone. When she did she got on the phone with the associate who took the items. I caught them laughing while they spoke on the phone. I feel so disrespected and a waste of time. Poor customer service very poor

The cashier shoved a cart into my stomach when I was trying to check out because she said I put my cart one foot too forward . All she had to do is ask me to move back.

Sales Cashier Catherine (Cathy) stopped me from going to Lowe’s by calling Troy (Electric/Plumbing) and he found my light fixtures I needed, got a lift truck to get them, answered questions about 2 other products I needed also. ChrisAnn in rugs found a special rug which was Much better for me. Guy helped me load my rug in a Very Safe manner for transport. Your Team Rocked! Thanks

Kiddy Up Ranch loves this store !!!! We spent thousands in the beginning at the Ridge rd store and never felt valued. Port Richey is like family and we love coming here to shop for the ranch

Cashiers are lazy and rude

Great store everyone is friendly and pleasant to talk to,and they have complete knowledge of the whole store and can answer almost any question you ask,and if they can't they will fined someone who can.

Store was neat and clean, very easy to shop. Item I was shopping for was on display. Sales associate was very helpful.

Sales rep was very helpful. Bought an American Std model 747AA107SC.020 Champion toilet w/ a 2 3/8" trap way. Extremely satisfied w/ the unit. Very good flush. Keeps pretty clean except when waste get towards the top of bowl. But that probably normal for most toilets. It is well worth the money. I had someone install it and he was done in about 35 minutes. That included removing a 1979 toilet. Would definitely recommend the toilet.

Haley, Goliath and Louie went above and beyond to get the last remaining gas fire pit down from a, buried, high shelf. Having worked at a Home Depot, I know how much it takes to coordinate that in as little time as possible. I can’t thank you all enough, you were awesome and made my weekend!

This is MY HD. Service, quality, stand behind their products and the Best employees in any HD around and I have 3 I could shop. This store is clean, well stocked and is a pleasure to shop

I shop at this store because it is close to home and everyone there has always been very nice and helpful to me. I have only stopped there once that they did not have what I needed.

My mother & i went in to buy a conduit pole to turn in a curtain rod. Gene helped us out & told us when we went up front if we needed it cut that they would call someone to cut it. We went up there, & Evelyn was very rude & Nasty telling us she has worked there for 4 years and that Homedepot never cuts metal. The other lady was also very nasty with us. They called up a couple people and they called Gene up & He happily cut it for us. Very friendly. Evelyn the cashier was very rude & so was this other women, she was caucasian with white frizzy hair & glasses. Gene was a fantastic help & had a great attitude all around.

I go into this store a lot and I always get great service, every single time. The older gentleman that works by the screws is awesome to work with. Angel is amazing, although I haven’t seen him lately. I try to not shop at Lowe’s but once in a while their prices are cheaper and I am on a tight budget so I have to save a few bucks or even less. Overall, I definitely prefer this Home Depot vs any other and definitely prefer Home Depot vs Lowe’s.

Denice handled our flooring measure and helped with all the faxing to or insurance co. She always made sure that we had help in everything that was needed done. She never made us feel as if we were bothering them.

In this time of mask mandates I feel the employees who have to work in home n garden or just loading customers vehicles should get a raise. the employee who helped me went above n beyond especially how hot it was outside .. super greatful

ALTHOUGH SMALLER THAN SOME OTHER HOME DEPOT STORES, THE SHOPPING IS EXTREMELY EASY AND THE WORK FORCE IS SO VERY FRIENDLY AND ACCOMADATING TO ME. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SHOPPING AT STORE #0238 PORT RICHEY.

Michael and the other guy in the paint department were rude and unhelpful to me and other customers. His attitude stinks and he really shouldn’t be working in the customer service industry with an attitude like that.

Took 40 min. to get help in paint dept. Went to purchase ladder and the only lady available said she was making keys and couldn't help ne. Needed wheelbarrow and no one in lawn and garden. Went back to paint dept. and guys didn't acknowledge I was standing there and then I noticed my paint cans on counter mixed and ready. No paint stick, wasn't going to ask for 1, just too frustrated. Used self check out and was having problems with scanning paint tape, cashier just stood there with hands on hips. What a nightmare Home Depot. Worse one I have ever been to.

While checking out at the self checkout I noticed two prices were wrong. I requested help from Janet who told me the prices were correct, and even scanned them in her hand held device and showed me. In a condescending tone she told me, "See I told you the prices were right." I advised her that's not the price on the sign in the aisle. She told me in the same nasty voice, "Well you're not reading the sku right, because that's the right price." She then request another customer service agent who walked with me to the aisle where I showed him where I got them. Both with the exact same sku, both with the price I told Janet they were. He agreed the prices were marked incorrectly, removed the signs and came back to the self check out with me. He gave Janet the signs showing the prices and they were adjusted. Janet offered zero apologies for treating me like a liar and being too stupid to read the sku's correctly. Also I don't recommend using the self checkout at this location. The store forces you to wear a mask, yet when you get to the check out you have to use the hand held "gun" to scan your items. The same one everyone has touched all day long, that NO one is cleaning after each use. There's not much point in cleaning the basket handles or forcing us to wear masks if you're not clearing the one item in the store everyone is touching over and over again.

i wrote in the survey the exceptional service I have received from two of your associates. Conner has waited on me many times he lifts and loads for me as I am physically unable to. Conner was off today and Goliath helped me. And even though he is classified As not being a loader or lot person he knew I couldnt stand much longer and loaded my car. These two men are exceptional young people in todays environment. These guys are why I shop your store instead of Ridge Rd.. Hold on to these guys they're a compliment to your company. Note this comes from a 70 yr. Old widow that has back problems etc . I appreciate their help.
