Tom, Ken & Sherrie were wonderful! Until my husband had a terrible injury, he was the one that picked out our appliances. Unfortunately for me, most decisions are on me now. With the help of these three employees, I was able to get a fair deal on a washing machine. They did not try to oversell me anything, and even arranged delivery for me.

This is one of my favorite Home Depots. I feel like the layout is accessible, and anything we need is in stock. We live closer to the New Smyrna Home Depot, but they are a bit smaller and do not always have the products we need. At this Port Orange location, that is never the case, we can always find whatever it is we are looking for that day. We have also had some amazing interactions with employees. I know Bob is always going to be at the door with a smile to welcome us and we can briefly catch up with Misty on life who occasionally helps us with a return or credit card question.

The customer service representative, Janet, was so kind and helpful. I called before going to the store and informed Janet that I am disabled and was being cautious of covid-19. I asked if the products I wanted were in stock at the store. I wanted 2 of the American Standard Cadet 3 Toilets. She confirmed for me that they were and agreed to have them waiting for me at the front of store pickup. I showed up and she was at my car within 1 minute to take payment and expedited loading. The transaction was very fast and safe! Bravo Home Depot!!!

Mark, at the paint department was very helpful, has product knowledge.

Employees are always ready to help. Store is clean. Items are easy to find, but if you don't see what you want, all you have to do is ask.

Jarod at the Christmas tree tent was amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect tree. Lots of choices and wonderful customer service.

FANTASTIC LOCATION, very friendly & helpful staff. MUCH, MUCH, MUCH better than other locations we have shopped. Store is out of our way, but going forward it is the location we will shop at when we need to go to Home Depot!

I have never been to my local Home Depot when I didn't find majority of their employees to be helpful and attentive if I needed it or couldn't find it myself. I personally think that any business dealing with the public is as good as it's employees attitudes. This store, in my opinion, has some darn good and knowledgable people who work there and try to help. Even ASK if you need help! Wow!

The most helpful people I have ever dealt with in a big box store.

I was in the store on 10/25/2020 and needed a box for a Halloween costume. An older lady stocking items at the front of the store helped me find the perfect storage box, and actually helped me try them on. Then the older gentleman in paint showed me the $3.25 paint samples and actually mixed my exact color. I have a design business and have never been able to get a small sample for $3.25. Nor have I ever been helped so willingly in any store except Home Depot Port Orange. The fellows in lumber are also very helpful and will cut exactly to measurement, whether for a large frame or small plaques.

I would like to compliment employee Jill. Great customer service!! I was reminded to retrieve my six lids for my containers.

You are on your own in this store. Don't even think of getting any help. Store mgr. has notreturned my call. Must be a reason they don't print store phone number on receipt.

I find this Home Depot Store very convenient. The store is close to my neighborhood, clean and well staffed. In addition I think the aisles are wide, I can find what I am looking for and get it at a good price. When walking through the store a salesperson always offers to assist if needed. There is always a friendly greeter when you enter the store which reminds me of a local hardware store from my hometown
