Easy in and out. Had what I needed.

I shop at the store all time, either online or in person. All the associates that I’ve had the opportunity to interact with have been professional and helpful, especially Ashley.

I love my local HD in Port Orange. Employees are always friendly and they seem to retain the same crew.

The paint department team are wonderful. They are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. The cashiers are friendly and it gives you that southern hospitality feeling. No matter what department I need help in there is always someone willing to lend a hand or willing to find me the appropriate personnel. I love shopping at this Home Depot.

Always stocked with the items I need. Store is tidy and organized. Garden department is my favorite! The selection of types of plants are plentiful and very robust plants. Never had any of them die on me.

Worst customer service I seen in awhile. The cocky and disrespectful attitude of the associates tours the customer is embarrassing.

Poor customer service. Wouldn’t help load large trees. Requested deliver instead. A week later, was told they had none to deliver. Went to store to get refund and the same exact trees were still sitting out front. Changed delivery day to a week later and on deliver day was again told they did not have any trees. So they sold me trees, never delivered them and lied that they did not have any trees. Poor customer service and was told by multiple different employees “we don’t know what’s going on”. Getting full refund and going somewhere else.

The employees have always been amazing when I ask for assistance!

Today was paint. Drew from paints helped me so much. Advice and direction and since HD was out of 5 gal. size Drew sold me 5 individual gals. for 5 gal. price. He was cheerful and didn't make me feel like a pita. Izzy and Jill finished up when Drew had to break. Most pleasant shopping experience totally because of Associates. The 3 were hustling when I came in but kept their cool.

I went to the store with a list for my high risk husband. I had no clue what I was doing. However, this store was so great in helping me fine the things I needed, they cut my wood and even helped me pick the right brackets for bookshelves. I highly recommend this store for the excellent service and the fact that they had what I needed in store.

People need to acknowledge you coming in and ask if you help when wandering around 1 employee has helped me on to different occasions very nice was pleased with him

The Port Orange Home Depot is clean, well stocked and the employees are eager to help. I found the prices to be lower than the competitor's .I'm so glad to have this store so close as I have a lot of home improvement projects to complete

The store has everything you need, the store is clean and well organized, the staff are very polite, and they offer their services.

On online order total came to 190.00... I had to return the item (wrong color scheme... my fault) but was given credit for 181.01. Somebody robbed me of 8.99

Terrible experience today. Went to buy an item that was a little too heavy for me to lift and put on my cart. ALL employees were "too busy" to help. Most were stocking or standing around talking and said...that is the job of the person in that department. Horrible customer experience. I went to another big box store and bought what I wanted.

I needed to cut one board into several pieces for a shelf i was building, and the worker sawed them for me. Shelf built and thank you again

There was no one available to help in plumbing. The first associate I asked for help was from paint and he complained that I asked for help then basically lied so he didn’t have to help. The second walked around everyone trying to find someone instead of just helping. All I needed was someone to climb a ladder to get a faucet and the ladder was already in the aisle. Finally someone agreed to help (Drew the paint dept head) and he was very nice and extremely helpful! I wish I would’ve found him before all the others.

Love shopping there they have lots of great things to buy - everything in my yard and house is from home depot - maybe I will win someday waiting with my fingers crossed. Purched a new kitchen faucet for 199.42 love it the store is clean and everyone was so kind and so helpful thanks home depot see you soon
