Fast quick checkout friendly service

Simply picking up HVAC air filters , very quick trip . Cashier (Frank) made sure I received the discount bulk price as I bought (4 or more) which knocked almost 5 dollars of each filter. Frank made sure after scanning the filters to turn his screen and show me discount price of each filter individually. Not a crazy big deal but with how everything is so expensive right now.. it restored some faith that humans are trying to help each other out in these expensive times! Thanks Frank

In the last month I have purchased a microwave, washer and dryer and other little small items. I love my items and definitely plan on going back to finish my renovations.

Employees are helpful and the store is stocked with everything I was looking for.

I am very happy with the assistance provided by Rhonda in the the Garden buying trees and plans and other items to make my new home my own, and beautify the property. Rhonda makes a difference in the Lawn & Garden Dept. for sure. I actually wait to shop on days that she is there. Nice variety of plants and trees and Rhonda can help order what is not in the store.

The Port Charlotte store is very clean and its employees are super friendly and helpful! Actually, I was surprised because this was my first visit there. Art saw my confusion and helped me from start to finish. Then Connie came over to finalize my purchases. I thanked them profusely for their help. I knew I’d return for future business because of the kind treatment I received that day!

QUICK IN -- QUICK OUT -- EASY SHOPPING Lots of parking, well arranged and stocked store with plenty of friendly staff to assist us non trade people. I personally always enjoy looking around for new ideas when I have the time, but when I don't I appreciate how quick and easy it is to park and go in to find just what I need and get out fast.

As usual, minimal to no staff, especially at the check out counter. Only the self check outs open. If I have to check myself out I should be put on the payroll. Finally located associate in electrical section to ask a question about the product I wish to purchase, she had no clue as to what it even was. Even though she was assigned to the electrical department. Sure do miss the smaller home centers from back in the day; Channel, Rickels, Pergaments.

store employee said that your order is ready to be picked up and you are there for your order and they cannot find/locate your order. Waited for over an hour+ and store employees still cannot find your order. WHAT DOES YOUR TIME WORHT INCLUDING DRIVING, GAS & MILAGE per Home Depot nothing. All they did was apologized for my inconvenience. They did however stated that once it is found they will deliver cabinet not time or date was given.

I went to this store late in the evening. The employees were very kind and helpful. My cashier was Christina. She was extremely helpful in answering my questions regarding purchase of a washing machine. She was very nice, had a great personality. I will be using this store for any future needs.

We always shop at store 0201 Port Charlotte,Fl. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable on their products. We have never had a bad or poor visit. The store is very clean and the stock is most sufficient and isles are clean and passable with no obstructions. Prices are clear and visible on all the products.

Store is convenient, well stocked, clean, and organized. Employees are very friendly and helpful. Vincent did a great job helping me obtain a Home Depot credit card.

The associate by the name of Chris O. is a huge asset to Home Depot. This young man is extremely polite, well mannered, professional and always willing to help. On several occasions in the past three weeks I encountered Chris O. and each time he willingly offered his help and loaded my truck. While I was grateful each time he offered his help, this last time Chris left a lasting impression. I had recently hurt my back and was walking hunch back but desperately needed to make a purchase. Chris was there once again and made a point to offer his help and load my truck. Every encounter with Chris is a pleasant experience! This young man deserves a promotion and recognition for his impeccable work ethics.
