Agent's name Robert, horrible service from him. I asked him for a patio door lock, he directly told me Home Depot doesn't sell this kind of lock at all, and ask me to buy online. So I walked away from him, looked for myself, right away I found the lock.

Great clean place, lots of stuff and I always find the things I'm looking for. Went today to get some screws to fix a broken chair and the store guy told me to bring in the broken chair I had in my car and he not only found the screws needed but he screwed them in and fixed my chair right there in the aisle. The guys name was Robert and he was very helpful. Definitely will be going back here when I have another problem.

When i take the time to go out of my way to write a review, it is usually because the service is beyond exceptional. I am happy to know that not all the homedepot stores have to be dirty or low staffed. Upland Home Depot store can learn so much from Pomona Home depot.
