I have found the store to always be clean. The employees seem happy. Happy to work there and happy to help. I love that they have locker bins for a quick pick up. AWESOME!!! Returns at the desk are MUCH improved with the new cue line. Lots of workers at the cash registers to help you at returns. However, I wish there was more cashier checkouts. They focus a lot on self-checkout. Not my cup of tea. But overall - I give this store five stars for a great attempt at pleasing their customers.

I have been going to this store since it opened and on my last visit on 10-9-19 I saw a great improvement in the friendly atmosphere and people helping me find what i need and helping me make the right choices in what I purchased. And I didn't have to wander around looking for an associate. I didn't have my card but they let me access it with my ID. And they have Veterans' discounts. Great job to all the people at The Home Depot.

First let me say I have never written a store review before. I am so unhappy with my experience there is a first time for everything. On July 15 I purchased a gas dryer. It was delivered in July 25 right before I was going away on a camping trip. When I returned with bags of dirty camping clothes after the second dryer cycle It no longer worked. The dryer spun but blew cool air. I called Home Depot several times requesting a return. The informed me they do not return appliances you need to call the Whirlpool company. I called Whirlpool and spoke with a very condescending employee. Her solution was she would send me a dryer kit to put in the dryer to see if the vent was clogged. That she would not sent a repair man out until we used this kit. I did explain that the vent was cleaned out when the dryer was hooked up. Five days later the dryer kit reached me address and the vents were not clogged. Now she was willing to send out a Whirlpool repair person. One week later the repair man was willing to come out. He was not willing to come after my work hours. I had to take another day off work. He diagnosed the dryer as needing repair and needing two new parts. Of course he had to order the parts. This would be another day off work for him to schedule an appointment when parts come in. In about a week. I continued calling Home Depot multiple times. I did not want a dryer that needed repair in the first week of use. I finally reached an assistant manager Harvey. After a long conversation he agrees they will take it back. I can not bring the broken dryer to Home Depot ( I was willing )I have to come and purchase a new dryer. When they deliver the new dryer that I purchased they will take the broken one away. The broken one will be taken to the warehouse and that is when I will be refunded my money. On August 11, I purchased a new GE gas dryer. It was delivered August 20. That was another day I had to take off work. The dryer was delivered my husband hooked it up. This dryer also spun and blew cool air. This dryer also did not work. I thought it was something we could have done wrong ( I was very embarrassed ). How could you receive two brand new broken dryers. I read the booklet that came with the dryer. It said if spinning and blowing cool air the problem could be possibly the electrical. I hired a electrician to come (another day off work ) and my electrical was not the problem. I called GE and spoke with their repair department. They report they will not send out a repair men until I hire a licensed plumber to come out and look at it. I hired a plumber (another day off work) and plumbing was not the problem. Now GE will send out a repair man. On August 28 ( another day off work) the GE repair man comes out and tells me that there is a problem inside the dryer. He takes the dryer apart and fixes it. I was not reimbursed for the first dryer purchased. After calling several times and the managers telling me they will look into it and call me back. No calls. Finally on August 30 I called again and spoke with Nichole and she informs me I need to come into the store and they can reimburse me on my Debit card. I did receive my refund on September 2 when I went to the store. I purchased my dryer on July 15. I can finally do laundry on August 28. I had to take six days off work ( there goes a vacation with my children). I had to pay a plumber and an electrician for nothing. The worst part is every time I would call the store and ask to speak with the manager the person answering the phone would give me a hard time. I spoke with several assistant managers. They would not even have the costumer service to remember me or this terrible situation. I wanted to make upper management aware of this situation and they report there is no district manager or cooperate I can speak with. They tell me to call Home Depot Customer service-800-466-3337 that is impossible to connect with a person. This is the reason Home Depot has lost a costumer.

Sometimes the service is very good, other employees not so much. The carpeting and kitchen people were very good. Some at the service desk don't know how to give good customer service. Others do. I purchased granite and they work with a company called Gerrity for installation. The guy who came to measure never said anything about making sure the top was level. When the installers came, they could not install it because it wasn't level enough or my warranty would be void. They had to come back after my contractor fixed the problem and Gerrity made Home Depot charge me $250 extra to come back!
