It’s nice and somewhat rare in my experience to find someone that really seems to care for the customers needs because they want to and not just because it’s their job. Jacob is one of those rare ones. I hope that he will always be as helpful as he was to me today

store is ok as far as buying material ,however by elimitating checkers and making customers self check out ,showes a lack of caring about the people in the community

Had a concern about the delivery of appliances not working and not being cleaned of plastic. Art was listened, attentive to the details of concerns, and promised resolution.

Wonderful store.

I made a large, 6 pallet purchase that needed to be delivered to the back of a rental home. Jeff, Asst. Mgr., Derick with Pro Dept., and William with Lumber Dept., had very professional, positive, and great attitudes while solving complicated matters. Clearly, they have advanced skills in problem solving, and ability to control, manipulate and move non-normal sized and very heavy pallets around our building's obstacles. The customer service and talented employees make this store exceptional. Great Teamwork!

Great store with friendly employees. The store is always clean. It’s usually easy to find what I need, or to get help if I can’t.

Using the "text me" feature to locate products at the Placerville store makes it super easy to find what I came to buy. When I have needed assistance from an associate they display a willingness to go above and beyond to answer my questions, assist in locating an item, etc. Overall the associates are very knowledgeable regarding their departments and readily provide input as to pros and cons when I am debating a purchase or product selection. I enjoy shopping at the Placerville Home Depot and it is my first choice for any home improvement needs.

If you need something quick it's a good option. Do not expect to find everything you may be after.

Very good customer service and a broad range of items. It is never difficult to find an associate to help me find an item. That is important to me. Their plants are always fresh and well taken care of.

The store does a good job of stocking considering that exterior storage is very limited. Much better diversity of materials compared to the Folsom store.

Getting in and out of the parking area has always been a bit of a struggle - just recently the parking lot was re-paved which required the removal of all the stuff stored or placed there. It was not until all this crap was moved that you realized how much easier and nicer it was to get in and out and park. The Tuff Shed city takes up so much valuable close parking space near the store, along with trailers, water tanks, car ports, and so on.Customers have to park further away and at certain times of the year when the christmas trees are there this is reduced even further. The customers come first - move all this stuff further away - if someone really wants a tuff shed they will walk over and look at it and who needs to look at a 2000 gallon black plastic tank to know what it looks like? I would be more likely to recommend the store if the issue above was addressed.

I was having a hard time trying to find a item in the store,i went to the service desk to seek for assistance and Lucas and Melissa were very friendly and very helpful,they brighten my day by helping me order something online instead and made my day!! I would recommend those two for customer service and very helpful

Den-o helped me and my husband find quite a few items today by the PVC piping and helped us cut up a bunch of material, he was very helpful! A very laid back guy with a great sense of humor and attitude. He has also helped me before in this same location! Thanks for all the help DEN-o.

This is always the most friendly Home Depot that I go to out of the greater Sacramento area. Always stocked always clean and always helpful employees.

I am highly impressed with the store cleanliness as well organization as walking in the door the first impression is most important, Always welcomed and employees willingness to assistant in the time of need. In stock for most of the things we need. We were interested in finding information about a range and dishwasher. The associate we dealt with was very helpful and knowledgeable. We ended up buying both items we inquired about. The associate's name is Art.

When the construction began on this Home Depot, I had already lived in Placerville for 10 years or so. I think this Home Depot is the finest I have ever visited. It certainly could be tied to the connections and friendships I have developed with the employees. Or the familiarity I have developed with the store and its systems. It also could be the stores attention to detail and impeccable assistance when needed. I could share so many personal stories that have occurred in my life in this store. Some of them so significant that they have changed who I am, and have connected me to my past. My wife and family frequent this store on a very high level. I personally visit the store for a multitude of reasons at least three times a week, sometimes three times a weekend! I live so close, and the store is so comfortable to me, that I value it as a resource for maintaining my home and pursuing my interests. I can fix almost anything in my house and do not have to rely on contractors and extremely expensive repair bills thanks to the guidance I receive at the Placerville store. I can easily say I have purchased items from every department in this store. Each experience has been either easy and quick, without any assistance, or complex and very expensive upgrades and remodels that have included the total engagement and attention of your employees. My wife and I are very grateful for this help as it again saves us thousands of dollars a year. Thank you for your attention and more so, thank you for this store.

The Placerville Home Depot is well stocked, clean, and the staff is attentive, friendly and available. The store is a definite asset to our community, Conveniently located with plenty of parking.

The store was very nice overall until being directed to check out at the contractors line due to computers going down. The checker was a rude, not helpfull nightmare! I had several boxes and bins as well as other items. She said one of my bins was cracked. I asked could someone run to get me one. She replied "we don't have runners at this store".I felt I should wear my handicap placard around my neck! After I had to run to the back of the store to find a replacement "not cracked" bin. They were all gone! There were 6 or 7 contractors trying to get checked out by the time I returned!!! Dumb move on her part for everyone involved! Not happy with her...very happy with everyone else.

Was able to find everything I was looking for. The store was tidy and didn't have a lot of empty carts around the lumber aisle. Check out was easy. Qacee at check out was friendly and thanked me for my service. I would recommend this location.
