Nacy, my cashier was especially nice and helpful and a couple of the workers in the areas I was searching for items were really helpful, they came to me and ask what I was looking for and helped me find items that would work for what I was doing. I didn't get there names but an older man saw me digging through the large washers and asked me if I needed help and when I explained I needed something heavy to use in my sewing room as weights to hold down fabric as I cut it out, he had me look at some real heavy washer like things on the cement or fencing isle, and it was perfect!!!!

I like shopping at this store. Always have a good experience.

Charles at door department was great help

Two employees in particular did a great job helping me out. The first was Carlos in the lumber department. He helped me by making some cuts on some pieces of plywood. He was very professional and careful to make sure he was precise with the cuts. The second was Ryan at customer service. He helped me rent a flatbed truck and was very quick with getting me set up. He also answered some of the questions I had about the truck rental process.

My husband and I have always enjoyed the Park City Home Depot and spend quite a bit of time there. We have most always left with everything we came for (and then some)!!!!!

Perfect for finding materials for any project.

Karen in flooring was very helpful, she helped me understand the difference in carpet. I would highly recommend if you are looking for flooring ask for Karen. Paul in paint matched the paint perfect for our remodel Mark in lumber was very helpful with remodeling advice

Home Depot is the place!

The customer service keeps improving at my local Home Depot and it's obvious that employees are making a concerted effort to make my shopping pleasant and successful. Over the years the associates have answered many of my questions and provided helpful suggestions. I love my local Home Depot in Park City, Utah.

Super busy, could use more cashiers when it’s that busy. Victoria was so helpful and help us get a new card set up and working. Good experience, we shop here often.

Half of the parking lot of this store was resurfaced a couple years ago. The other half is like a war zone with bomb craters. I've talked to several people in management about this, but the repairs that have been made last a couple weeks and it is back to potholes that will take out the fillings in your teeth if you run over them when they are full of water.

Customer service has really improved. Employees are friendly and eager to help. Easy to find someone. The shelves are fully stocked, and inventory syncs with the app so I know what's available before I go.

It has been over two months since I had ordered window blinds at the store and I still do not have the order complete. There has been multiple mistakes in the ordering, and very poor customer service. If it is not something on the shelves I would not recommend ordering it through this store.

I ordered an item online for store pickup. After receiving a notification that the item was ready for me to pickup, I drove 50 minutes to the store to find out that the item, a grill, is the display model and is missing pieces. There were no other grills in stock. I then had to stand at the return desk for a while and return the grill. I don't blame the whole store for this poor experience but the one young employee who pulled the display. The associates I did interact with were nice.

I visited the store yesterday and was uncomfortable for my personal safety . Based on my experience and observation, the store was not performing any measures to practice safety measures for the prevention of the spread of covid-19 , a potentially deadly virus during a pandemic in a state with rapidly rising coronavirus rates. Specifically; 1. No employees were wearing masks to prevent the spread of Coronavirus, a potentially deadly disease , from an employee to a customer. 2. Employees were not practicing social distancing with myself. 3. Sanitizing supplies were not available for the customer to sanitize shopping carts. 4. Point-of-sale equipment and counters were not being sanitized between customer use. 5. The store was not promoting social distancing.

Usually I find exactly what I need for a home project, and at this store I was not requited to wear a mask.

i shop at home depot where ever i go, but park city home depot is my first choice to shop the location and friendly employes adds to a good experience when i need material.

The park city home depot is always a pleasure to shop at because the employees are friendly and the store is always well stocked. I want to thank all of the employees for continuing to work through this situation.

The employees went out of their way to help from the customer return/service to the employee in the aisle helping me find what I needed.

Never had problems at Home Depot until shopping at park city location. I have property in deer valley. Worst customer service ever.

Half of the parking lot of this store was paved a couple years ago. The other half looks like a bombing range full of potholes that are so deep they are dangerous. I've pointed this out several times and the "fixes" have been a couple shovels of fill that lasts a day or so.
