I walked in the store looking like a lost puppy with a long list of bizarre items to purchase… the staff at this Home Depot happily escorted me to each of my items and made my shopping experience x10 more enjoyable. They also came up with some creative and effective solutions for my unique problem. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced!

Nestor is a fantastic employee and went out of his was to be friendly and helpful in getting a cart for me, loading my cart and being overall kind. He probably could tell I had a resting biotch face on and totally turned my day around. Warm, but not overbearing. Thanks for making my day better

Went to buy a bathroom vanity but it the ones I wanted were up high and required a lift to get down. One associate tried and failed to get it down, waited forever for someone else to come along and help, that's when Sam from electrical (not his department) went out of his way and spent 15-20 minutes getting down the vanity I wanted.

Bought a fridge, ordering was easy, staff was so friendly and helpful. Staff loaded fridge onto truck as well. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.

Needed a refrigerator delivered for someone on deployment. The store manager John and his team member Nestor delivered and unpacked within hours of ordering. A unique situation, but they went above and beyond for their customer!!

We went into the Park City store on Black Friday. Claudia was incredibly helpful and her customer service was greatly appreciated. She helped us bundle the perfect tool package.

They had lifting slings on the shelves, yes cheap and made in China, but it will get me through the day and i don't have to drive down mountain and waste time.

On two occassions now I've placed orders well in advance (a day or more) of showing up only to find that nothing is done to pick the order. Aisles are completely packed with merchandise and garbage.

I purchased a water heater at this location, they had plenty of associates to help me with my needs and a great selection of products to choose from.

90% of the carts were full of stock so it was very hard to find a shopping cart and they need to clean up a bit

This store gives new meaning to do it yourself. No help anywhere and customer service desk is asking if anybody knows where Isle M1 is? This after another store looked online and indicted they had the item.$383.00 dollar item!!!

If you need assistance at Park City, Home Depot seek out Mr. Greg Wilson on the am shift as he is the best.

Every time I come to this store ( which is a lot) several times a day some sometimes, everyone has always been helpful.

I found what I needed and at checkout I was asked if I would like to save 25 dollars by acquiring a Home Depot credit card. There was no line so I agreed. I did not qualify but it all worked out. I had two outstanding employees help me. Their names are Nestor and Zack.

Charles in the doors and windows department was amazing. I had to order everything I needed over the phone with him because I was in a different state. He made me feel like I was sitting in front of him. Its been a while since I've received such great service. How wonderful to find out good old fashion customer service is still alive in some places.

I have only been shopping here since January of this year since I moved from CA. And compared to the Home Depot's in CA, Park City's location is well organized, friendly staff, and have yet to leave without the item(s) I came for.

At the Park City Home Depot, I feel valued by staff, help is always around the corner, and the staff attitudes are of a genuine nature. I have yet to leave the store not being able to find what I came for i.g., everything has always been in stock. The store is clean (including the bathroom) and I don't fine myself having to dodge items in the isle very often, which can be frustrating. I also appreciate the location in regards to my work and home.
