DO NOT BUY ANY OF THIS PINE STRAW THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE CLEAN. IT WAS FULL OF GRASS, STICKS, & PINE CONES.

Home Depot seems to have a bigger selection and inventory supply then Brand X! Brand X is always out of contractor supplies.

Just moved to the area and we were greeted and helped by the most amazing customer service rep I have ever experienced in a Home Depot (Panama City). Her name is Jackie, and if you have the opportunity, I would highly recommend just saying hi to her =-) she is such a happy soul.

Most of the products that I buy for my home have come from Home Depot. My home and my yard have benefitted from your products and good customer service. I look forward to continuing my good relationship with you.

We wanted to purchase a new refrigerator and decided on one from Home Depot because the price was less expensive than their competitor. The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable about all of the appliances and went above and beyond in answering all of our questions. Very pleasant experience!

The girls in the Cabinet area are Fantastic. Debbie, Bonny,Kathy, Laura they always stop what they are doing and help.

This store is very convenient to many of my projects in my restoration work. There is always plenty of materials that I need on hand. The staff is always helpful. The hours of home depot make it easy for me to get the materials to the job on time.

This store has had its share of burdens from Hurricane Michael, Wuhan virus, keeping employees to high lumber and building material cost. But through it all the majority of their employees are very thoughtful and mindful of their customers. Just show them a little patience and they will get their job done. Kudos to Lea - Millwork specialists.

I do find people at Home Depot want to help you more then some other stores.I being older you need someone to help you an show where things are. I wish to tell Marsha she did a great job.

I LIKE TO SEND KUDOS TO MR. CHARLES CAUDILL FROM THE RECEIVING AND DELIVERY SECTION. THIS GENTLEMAN WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND HIS DUTIES TO HELP ME OUT TO GET MY MERCHANDISE READY FOR PICK UP AFTER MANY TRIPS TO THE STORE, IN WHICH NPTHING WAS READY AND NO ONE DID ANYTHING TO HELP. THANK YOU SIR.

Jerusa made my visit easy and quick

The sales associate in the riding lawn mower department was very helpful and friendly. He answered all questions that I had. Upon checkout George was also friendly and assisted us with courteous and friendly service. Although we made a change to our payment plan he was very helpful and made the change with no issues.

I have found the workers at Home Depot to be very kind and helpful. I'm sure as everyone they have bad days from time to time but do not take it out on their customers. I Prefer HD over their competitor.

Ran into store with very specific list and not much time. Was told to move off the paint isle as I was reading the can to be sure I was getting the correct paint so the forklift could bring items to stock. 9:15 in the morning on a Saturday is not the time to be in the way of customers!

I called into this store on April 8, 2021. Every time customer service attempted to transfer me to appliances, the phone would hang up. I called a fourth time, Someone answer the phone I quote "If this is the lady that keep calling here, Terry in appliances is on his lunch and can not help you, if you want to report me to my supervisor you can" I interrupted and asked him if he would pay attention to how he was talking to me. He just went on in a rage and continued to yell. I am not sure what was going on with him but I said to him "If I was the President you would be in big trouble". I told him there is no way he should be a customer service Supervisor...No way! I asked to speak to another Manager..He transferred me to Jacinda. She was AWESOME! I want to thank her again for saving the day for me. It was very stressful dealing with J. Lob
