You can never get someone to help you. You have to call into the store to get help and tell them what isle you’re on. Then they help another person that walked on the isle behind them. Or the employee says it’s not their department and can’t help you! Home Depot is becoming a joke

Everyone is courteous and helpful, and Delivery was on time!!

Patrick from lawn mower was amazing! He was very helpful, nice, knowledgeable & took time with us to explain different lawn mowers for us. He walked us through the whole shopping process.

Hard to get help at this store. The store associates are ignore you and are not helpful at all. Quick to take my money but can not deliver product on time and can not find the product I already paid for. Broken items are restocked to the shelves after they have been returned. Be careful what you purchase from this store and make sure it hasn't been opened and has missing parts.

I’ve been coming to the store for the past eight years and on almost no occasion have they not had exactly what I need and the times that they haven’t had what I needed there’s always a substitute! I will stay a customer of the store as long as I live in Panama City!

Employees assisted me with the best hangar and information for hanging a bedroom headboard.

Bought an expensive Bosch dishwasher, but had problems getting my usual Military discount, (for which I am very thankful). Three employees, Tanya, Quentella and Doven, worked extra hard for us to solve the problem. There are two Military bases and many retirees in this city. Special efforts like theirs will bring me and many others back to Home Depot

Extremely difficult to get anybody to help load anything into your vehicle or on a cart for you, i had to load 12 sheets of sheetrock by myself on a cart.

I stopped to allow a lift operator and lead person to cross my path and was commanded to “go” in an abrupt and rude tone akin to speaking to a dog. Not really up for this type of treatment when there are other options

Nice to be able to shop for the items at home, get them ordered and then pick them up. We needed to replace one ceiling fan which became three, so we measured at home and were abler to locate suitable replacements, get them ordered and go and pick them up.

We went to the countertop department several times for our home remodeling projects. The associates there were extremely helpful. They really went above and beyond on helping us find the best deals and pick the right products for our project. They were very patient and really seemed to care. We are very grateful.

Stopped in for Borax, didn’t find it in the area shown online (in stock); moving from one aisle to another feeling frustrated/determined, an associate named Joey called out politely to offer help. Having passed others, Joey was the first to offer. I almost declined, so happy I didn’t. He couldn’t find it & asked his boss who said he didn’t even know what the item is (that’s it). Joey went searching more, took off to research & was then able to locate the item. He was determined to help me & he saved me time!

Holy crap!!! Do not, I repeat, do not inconvenience the sales manager for major appliances! That includes any sales! Couldn’t have felt more small for her! What a character! And liar!

We are extremely disappointed and totally discriminated by store manager Vale Bait, and service desk Quentella and Chris, we tried to return a item and gave them the item's receipt and they treated me and my wife like the 3rd world class people, asked for ID, and did not want to refund us the way we bought the item,

Good experience. Lianna helped me order a freezer from your in store, online systems. She was very familiar with the Home Depot systems, was very knowledgeable with the various order options, and quickly order the freezer I wanted. She made my purchase easy and this was a good buying experience. Lianna represents the best of Home Depot.

When I checked out with Jerusa, she was very helpful and gave me a well thought out, great explanation on how Pro Xtra works. Next time I’m in Home Depot, I will be looking for her register.

Checkout at this store can take forever sometimes even if your the only person in line. Sometimes the scanners stop working the cashiers will keep you at the checkout forever. the self checkout work better, and used to allow to avoid a problems at the checkouts but now certain cashiers have started becoming so paranoid that you'll take take their job or that the machine will replace them them that they will come up to you and try to micromanage and treat you like you stupid at the checkout and make you scan a item that you only have one of 5 times even though it registered correctly the first time and one or two will try to start fights with people at the self checkouts. I don't pan to shop here any more this place has gotten so wacky it used to be an ok store
