Best store to go to when you need advice on home projets

I would recommend this store.

Mainly the workers in there are friendly. Keeping the shopping varts stored in the rain is not a good idea , other stores keep it in a covered area.

I used to work for Home Depot so I have a bit of a higher expectation than most people. Every visit to the Palm Coast location meets that expectation. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable and if they do not know the answer to something, they find someone who does. Going that extra mile really makes a difference. Thank you!

Mary Ann went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were making the right decisions for our new home. She even held our dog so we could try out the comfort of the flooring. She was wonderful

Recently moved to Palm Coast. We have been renovating the home we purchased and Home Depot has been our go to store for all our needs. Always find what I need and the Home Depot associates that we have worked with have always been pleasant and attentive to what we needed and ensured that we walked away with the product we needed. There is one specific person that has been very helpful her name is Lucy. She works in flooring but has been able to help us with anything in the store. She has a huge smile and great personality.

This store has a great team of associates. I find them to be very helpful and knowledgeable.

It's a pleasure to shop here - the staff is very helpful, curteous, knowledgeable and it is always a great experience coming to store #6363.

This is by far the best Home Depot I have shopped at in Florida.

Had a large pro order for a home remodel project. The staff at Palm Coast Home Depot were especially friendly and quick to assist us with the purchase and the many loads we picked up. Thumbs up to all of the employees at this store!! A very good experience. Pro desk salesperson #MCB0970 went over and above the expected assistance in helping us with the order.

Horrible parking accommodations for contractors with large vehicles and/or trailers.

Not enough people trained in specialty departments

I had a return and was helped by Mark. He was friendly and very helpful. The store is always clean and easy to navigate.

Staff at our Palm Coast Home Depot are friendly and try to help you find everything. The store is always clean and a pleasant place to shop.

Not sure if I went in a bad day but my hat goes off to manager Anthony as he held his composure while being pulled in multiple directions by needy or non skilled staff. They do need help and more training Anthony was a rock star customer service impeccable greeted us as we walked in store very personable hopefully it was just one of those days for his sake

Rachael at the front registers was great. Very sweet, helpful and professional.

Lucy, was exceptional!!! I wish there were a lot more “Lucy’s” with her work ethic. I am definitely looking forward to seeing her again….. even if it’s just to say hello.

The staff here. I can’t begin to describe. They are so friendly, courteous, and most will always find a way to go above and beyond. Merchandise is come and go, but they work so hard to make sure shelves are stocked.

I went in looking for a specific power washer. I had checked on line to be sure the item would be in stock however, I couldn't find it and asked an associate who was nearby where the item would be. She explained that displays had been changed for Spring and took me right to the one I was looking for. I had a few questions about the power washer which she answered without hesitation or needing to look up info. She was a young woman and I have to admit I was impressed with her knowledge of the product! Check out was pretty fast....I was in and out in 20 mins or so...it was a pleasant shopping experience

My husband and I had a phenomenal experience with a store associate this week. We found a lot of the associates helpful, but we were in a terrible pinch trying to purchase an oven for our home after ours broke unexpectedly. The store associate went above and beyond to help make a sale happen for us when all other places in town wouldn't. We shop here often for home project updates and have always had a good experience. However, this particular one makes me willing to travel the extra distance to shop here over any other home improvement store in town.

Nice place to shop and browse some of the newest products, employees are helpful and insist on leading you to where the product you are seeking is located! Always a nice touch.

While this is a smaller store, and not all products are available at all times, the associates are always more than helpful - in every department! Madeline was especially helpful and went above and beyond in helping me with my purchase.

On my visit today I found the store clean and neat and the employees both helpful and knowledgeable. The service was impeccable, thank you.
