Great service and a very informed saleslady

I had a wonderful Home Depot Customer Service Experience at the Palm Coast, Florida store. Sue continued to help me for a very long time to get my problem resolved, she would not give up on this difficult situation. There were many other customers waiting but she kept her cool until the issue was resolved. Thank you!!!!

I needed to purchase kitchen appliances and Janine Chapman, Appliances Specialist, was very informative and helpful. I left the store feeling confident in my purchase and am thankful for her patience and being very courteous.

Our local Home Depot is preferable to other home improvement stores because the employees are more available for help and also more knowledgeable about the products in their work areas. Items are in stock and not a problem.

It is an absolute pleasure shopping in Home Depot Palm Coast. The staff is friendly, helpful and they always have a smile on. Plus the outside and inside areas are very clean.

My wife and I decided to replace some flooring in our home. From selecting our flooring to closing the sale, the product knowledge, the detailed explanation of the step by step process from purchase to installation (we are having HD install it) was amazing. 100% recommended to anyone.

My husband and I were looking at water heaters for a property we are selling on behalf of the seller. Janine Chapman was not only helpful, she was extremely knowledgeable and took very good care of us!

Tried to purchase 2-18 volt Ryobi batteries. Store over run with orange vested employees. No one could unlock the stack of 4hr batteries. On lunch break so left without purchase. Guess internet with home delivery way to go. SAD

Joe and Allen were amazing helpers to me and my family. I just purchased a house and needed a few items. These guys guided me along the way. Joe helped me when I was pregnant. Took care of my entire list and guided me where I needed to go. Allen went over and beyond to help me get what I needed and was very patient , both men were kind and patient and showed excellent customer service

We needed a new microwave, range stove/oven and dishwasher. Janine in appliances helped us and was so helpful and patient with getting us exactly what we wanted. She also helped us find installation resources and parts and did what she could to get us any applicable discounts. Everyone in the store is always kind and courteous when we stop in and that is a lot!

Overworked and understaffed is the norm these days. My project took forever to wrap up. Nick was the only manager that followed through and resolved my issue. I need to have his ownership of resolution recognized.

Caution as "free installation" for a new washing machine purchase isn't free. You MUST buy new water hoses at $30 or else they will NOT do any part of the installation. Also, other retailers in the area only charge $20 for removal of the old unit whereas Home Depot charges $40.

The Palm Coast Hone Depot is one of the friendliest and most efficient of all of the Home Depot’s in the area, from Port Orange to St. Augustine.

Went into the Palm Coast Home Depot today to get a water softner. Where the product was price tag showed $529 went to register was told it was $609 . Cashier should of honored price since an associate put product in wrong spot but nope . Cashier was extremely rude. Gave my husband a hard time saying his military ID was NOT sufficient enough for discount. Worse Home Depot. Would not give it 1 star but had to put something it should be -☆

In the course of my two home renovations, I have become a regular at our Palm Coast Home Depot. I have purchased a plethora of materials and received so many personal tutorials on how to install or replace items that I was purchasing. The sales associates are so friendly and helpful. They make me feel like part of the Home Depot family by asking about my progress and making certain my previous purchases worked out ok. The seem genuinely interested in making my project a positive and successful experience. They always compliment my dog when she is in tow as well! Great associates!

We needed to purchase a replacement washing machine. We needed to work with a private warranty company and the sales person (Janine) took the time needed to help us through the process and select the right product right down to the smallest details!

They had the colour of spray paint I needed for a project I am working on for my home. I wished I had come there first and the prices were even better. The associates were very helpful. Thank you!

We have been to plenty of Home Depot stores however, this is the best one yet. Customer service is a priority, shelves are stocked and the staff take great pride in their work.

Shake N Feed All Purpose 8lb. refill bag is marked $16.97 on shelf in Garden Center. Receipt charged me $20.97 for this item. With price of gas it’s not worth the trip to get refunded for the 25% overcharge. Very disappointing.
