Cory at the paint desk uses a condescending tone in his voice to make me feel incompetent. When I had a question about brushes he told me to read the package and I'll figure it out. It was as if I was bothering him and he was to busy for me.

I went to customer service to get the location of an item. Chris told me where I could find the item, but then went the extra mile, looked up the product in the computer and was able to tell me the exact location of the product so I didn't have to go up and down the aisle looking for it. Maybe it's because I just moved from California to Nevada and I'm not used to people being so friendly. Every employee in the store asked me how I was doing (the ones that I passed by anyways).

Go see Dayna in appliances for your kitchen needs. She is excellent at her job, friendly, excellent at product knowledge and research and an asset to this store.

We've been in the store many times lately as we're doing some home projects. There has always been a friendly employee with the knowledge and willingness to help us, even to the extent of walking with us to make sure we found the item we needed.

Excellent visit as always at my local Pahrump NV Home Depot Store.

THIS HOME DEPOT STORE HAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL STAFF, WANTING HELP THE CUSTOMER.

The employees at the flooring department were very helpful and friendly.

Pahrump, NV is 60 to 70 miles away from any home improvement stores, needless to say we are happy to have Home Depot here. we buy almost all hardware, building materials and appliances at Home Depot Pahrump.

I have never had a bad expirence at this location. The employees are always helpful and easily found through out the store. The few times I have had trouble finding a product, an store employee has always been able to either direct me to the item, or lead me to the item. I am always made to feel they appreciate my business no matter the size of purchase I am making.

Always a pleasant experience to shop there.

Great people to work with just lower prices

There have been countless times that I have visited this store, and I've always been offered assistance by the employees. They have always seemed genuine and sincere, and I always left there feeling appreciated. One time an employee followed me to the parking lot to bring me a bag of merchandise that I had forgotten. I wish I had gotten his name before I left to send him thanks.

It is great to have The Home Depot in our community, They are a wonderful addition to our area. Helpful and friendly employees. It would be helpful for we handicapped shoppers to have access to some electric carts close to the Garden Center.

I was interested in some power tools that were no longer on the shelf but were in fact stored above on the top shelf. I quickly found an associate who retrieved the manlift and brought the items down for me. The checout associate, Antonio, was very helpful in special ordering some tools for me and suggested I apply for a Home Depot credit card. Im glad I did because I saved $50.00 off my total purchase!!

Great store! Wonderful, helpful staff. Always pleasant. Well stocked, clean, and neat.

Employees were very courteous but frustrated at the stupid things they had to do just to arrive at the advertised sales price by inputting dumb codes as computer would not allow more than one code to be inputted. Took over 4+ hours just to purchase a new Fridge. A complete waste of time, there must be a better way, they made the process way to difficult just to try and purchase an appliance. The bean counters need to adapt a much better time saving system.

I always leave this store with product in hand. It's a beautiful thing.

Great Customer Service from Employees! They are there to help you I seen a girl in the appliance dept , she went over and beyond to help me and gave me a phone number in case I missed the phone call from the Delivery Service. Then another Gentleman in the store asked for help in the garden center and both the cashier and Stock guy made them selves available to help him.

what I love is that there is not a shortage of folks to help you. and employees are kind and helpful. Store is clean and organized.

Store employees at the Pahrump Home Depot we’re friendly and helpful today! We were shopping for a small item in window treatments and Corey knew exactly where to find it. Then, Tony, at the checkout, was very friendly and funny, as well.

I have lived in Pahrump for 25 years and always dreamed that a Home Depot would come to town. It did--and my dream has come true!!

I went to Home Depot to purchase a refrigerator, I was very indecisive on what to purchase. Dayna and Sten answered all my questions and concerns, they took the time to show me not only what they had in store but also on online. I not only purchased a fridge but I decide to replace all of the appliances in my home.They are both very knowledge about warranties and installation services the Home Depot offers, I also purchased a 5 year warranty and opened a Home Depot credit card. I'm a happy camper!

LOVE the Pahrump Home Depot! I'm from Sacramento and my first stop is this location as soon as I get into town! Very clean, well stocked and really friendly, helpful and professional employees! I lost my phone and when I came back in panic stricken, they were waiting for me with my phone! Thank you Nicole! Also had great interactions with Eddie, Kim, Brandy, and the guys in the tool department were fabulous! Thanks guys!!!!
