Pahrumps Home Depot is moving up the "star ladder" rating up from what I would've given 6 months ago. Theres been noticeable improvements to employee availability when needing assistance, and employee knowlege of the department they're working. Employees have been genuinely friendly too.

The store was clean and stocked, Usually a quick shipping experience. Customer service has not always been the greatest but did have a very helpful experience with Andre, knowledgeable, friendly, helped us make decisions with facts and information about the products we were looking to buy. He saw us looking at shelves and offered help, we didn't have to seek anyone out. Which is often a problem he took his time and we didn't feel like we were bothing him or that he was in a hurry. Which had been a problem in the past

Store was clean and the aisles were tidy. Was able to find what I needed quickly and the staff were very helpful.

Love the store and all their products! Just not the most helpful employees in my personal experience.

Employees are friendly and helpful. Carts are clean and available. Ken in the Garden Center is especially great. Even on days when it’s busy and there is a long line he is cheerful. It is also wonderful that they offer a discount for Veterans. Great store

Darcy in plumbing is really knowledgeable and goes the extra mile for her customers I'd stand in line and wait to have her help me! True asset to your company!!!

I presented a hazardous defective (the cap snapped off) gallon can of paint thinner to the stores customer returns with a receipt. I was told the can was empty, they could not refund the $9.10. I was trying to show the hazard, not the money. A manager was called, who again focused on the $9.10. Seems a big safety issue.

We appreciate our hometown Home Depot here in Pahrump, Nevada. The employees are friendly and helpful. The store is always well stocked and clean.

My experience going into Home Depot has always been relaxing, because the environment in the store is clean and all employees are ready to assist in everything needed.

Cashiers hit wrong keys and our $182.00 items rang up at $400.00 plus. One item was entered as if we bought 28 of them. Bought two items and cashier rang them up. At home we discovered one was a different size with a different bar code but was not on our receipt. The first time we bought from this store, we wanted a freezer. The only one was a floor model. Today when I wanted a clothes dryer, there was none in stock. The sign said delivery on the 20th (two days) but when I went to order the salesman said it would be delivery on the 25th. We wanted the floor model but he would not sell that it us.

most of materials in electrical, plumbing, run out of stock , because homedepot only orders 5, 10, maybe ,big maybe, 20, then they dont order til product is out, hello wouldnt it be safer to order b4, you run out, or maybe order more than described, well I do have to say cashier Tracy was very courteous and very polite , very good employee,

Clean, stocked and we'll staffed

This time at Home Depot was really good. Quick, easy and friendly. I can say that all of my times here did not meet up to that standard. The last couple of years have been a great improvement over the few prior to that. I’m just so glad after waiting so long that the company decided to locate a store out here. There are so many people that share my view on that subject. Thank you Home Depot for coming to the community, providing jobs for our citizens and relief from traveling over the mountain. Just thanks for being here. J C

The garden department is dirty. Pigeons are roosting on higher shelves and poop is all over. That's a health hazard.

I needed my new blinds cut to size and EJ was the man. He cut them to the size I needed and gave me valuable information about them otherwise. It took him 5 minutes to get me ready to go.

So uncluttered, neat and tidy store. Bathroom and parking lot included

I LOVE THIS STORE. Phil in Doors and Windows has helped me get my two security screen doors and my shed for my new house. Emma the cashier is always super friendly and helpful at checkout. The employees at customer care are fantastic at filling my shop on line orders for pick up at store. The two guys I deal with at the Paint Dept, (Sorry I can't remember their names), are ALWAYS ready to help me match colors and get the right amount for the job I am doing.

Five stars, for sure. The store is always clean and lighted and filled with all products I need. The employees are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Isaac is the best.

Staff try hard, even though I previously have had challenges. Ads stay will deliver but I am too far to deliver to so I have to bring labor to help me when the one time my order was not in despite me being told it was, so the day cost me wasted time & money!!

Staffing is very friendly and store is always in full stock for my home repair needs

This Home Depot has been the best shopping center. I also use their phone app to help me find things in the store. I also found my favorite brand of toilet paper there when nobody else had it. They are not just a hardware and building supply store. The store is clean and employees friendly and helpful.

While the store was neat and relatively clean the stress of employees throughout the store was palpable. Being a rural store and current world situations adversely effecting product availability globally, the load upon shoulders of essential retail workers is enormous. Stuck in a mask, breathing higher levels of carbon dioxide is something management can alleviate with more frequent opportunities to "take a breath".

Store has a lot of things I need and most of the time it is a nice place to shop I like the curbside service so I do not have to go inside.

This store is always well stocked & clean. The associates are always friendly and helpful. Today Eddie B. helped me find what I needed with-in about two minutes in two different isles. He then asked if there was anything else he could help me find. There have been times when I go in looking for something and an associate always stops to ask if they can help me find whatever it might be I'm searching for. This store has the greatest employees ever !!

Had a problem with a Husky Brand 1/2 inch drive ratchet previously purchased at Home Depot. Came in for help tonight 9/14. Chris at the customer service desk was able to handle the situation no problem ! Thank you Chris !
