I love the Oxford HD. So many great, helpful and knowledgeable employees there. I definitely recommend going to that store for all your home improvement needs.

Employees are friendly and helpful

I was looking for specific items and wanted to get in and out quickly. Using the App, I was able to find everything I was looking for and was able to be done within 5 minutes.

Maybe not all paint department employees, but there are a few terrible ones. I'll go elsewhere for my paint.

Kati was personable and helpful from the moment I walked in,always glad to see her she was a great help.

I buy piping for handles, a roll for my trash bags and today i made a handle for a ladder.

Andrew, Jesse, and Mike worked together to help us get the product we needed. Made it a great shopping experience.

I tried purchasing custom cut rope. This requires an associate. The first associate said he couldn't help but would radio someone who could. After15min no one arrived. I asked the associate monitoring self checkout. She did radio for someone and said an associate responded and would be there shortly. I waited over 10 min. I was so disappointed I didn't get my rope but had to leave. I purchased a Halloween decoration and the associate by self checkout was very apologetic and wished she could have helped but couldn't leave her station. HD is a place where assistance is often required, if I can't get any when I'm there, why would I want to shop there?

I got a great recommendation from Lee in the Garden Center today. I am very satisfied with my purchase!

Every time I need an item at my closer to home HD store and they are out of stock, the Oxford HD store has it in stock. This tells me that whoever does the ordering at Oxford store is really on the ball.

The employees scatter like cockroaches when they see women of a certain age come into the garden shop because they're too lazy to help anyone. I asked 2 employees, a young man and a middle aged women, for help and they ignored me. Twice! I'd rather pay more at the local garden center and be respected as a customer.

There is no issue this super duo can’t resolve. They are the reason I will return to this Home Depot specifically.

I needed a hundred small plumbing parts. Home Depot has a million parts. A rep named John in the Oxford MA store is extremely knowledeable regarding plumbing and knows where every item is located. Every isle iin HD needs a John.

Is there such a thing as plant abuse? I fear that if the Oxford store doesn't get someone to actually water their plants, atleast half of them will die in the next couple of days. Also obviously had no idea as to take car of other needs. The hostas were in full sun and the full sun perenials were under the shade.

I’ve shopped at quite a few Home Depot’s over the years, across 3 states. We are DIYers, have renovated 2 houses and even built a house, utilizing Home Depot for much of our materials. By and large though, the Oxford store is the best. Laid out well, normally good stock, and well organized. The best part of the store is the employees. They are courteous, friendly, and very helpful...minus a couple who are never helpful, but everyone else makes up for where they lack. I literally go out of my way to go to Oxford, even though Auburn is now closer to me!

Used last year love highly recommended

Went to purchase a riding lawnmower. Found two of the products I was looking at online. Met a great employee who knew his products and their features. Made my day. Purchased a mower and it will be delivered to my home assembled and ready to mow.

John. Who works in the PVC section. He is an ABSOLUTE GEM. He had Personality, Patience, and Persistence. I wanted to DIY Skater Trainer for my kids, I thought I had it all under control. He greeted me and asked if I needed assistance. I responded ‘well I think I can do it myself but if you are offering, I will take it.’ He talked me through the steps, guided me to find the pieces, and instructed/taught me how-to all while ensuring he connected with ALL the other customers who came into the aisle. He played a MASSIVE role in constructing these two trainers making for two happy kiddos.

The Oxford store is one of the best I’ve been in. I drive extra miles to shop here. It’s less congested than others, personal in the store is much more helpful

Good overall store, but pro desk needs to learn how to treat customers. In sales it is called customer service for a reason!

Shout out to MacKenzie and Connor for saving the day on Saturday! They were absolutely phenomenal and went way above and beyond to help me!

My mother was extremely happy with her stove purchase at he the Oxford location and felt they were a lot more helpful and friendly than Auburn store.Thank you salesperson MLB6557 for helping her.

There was a pricing issue on one of the items I purchased. It ringed up $34.97 but on the shelf it showed $9.97. When I brought it up to the cashier she called another "head cashier" who asked me to take her to the item. We walked clear across to the other side of the store so i can show her where i got it. She acknowledged the price but then proceeded to pull the label off the shelf. She then moved the 15 bottles to the correct location and asked if i wanted it at the correct price. She gave me the bottle back and then disappeared.

Rude staff, no product knowledge, no assistance provided to elderly/physically handicap customers. Too many on break, actually way in back of store outside just sitting around talking. I had to call my a friend to drive up & help me load product I had just purchased into my truck. This is not the first time this has happened at this store, but I've had enough.
