The store employees are very friendly and helpful. Just passing through departments employees said Hi to me. The store is pretty well stocked too.

I'm there a few times per month and I've bought a lot of material over the years. It's one of my favorite places to shop.

Recently purchased an LG refrigerator and would like to comment on the delivery of that item. It was delivered as described by the sales associate Howard, down to the tee. I was notified by email, again at 7:00 am the day of and exactly 28 minutes prior to arrival time at my door. This gave me adequate time to empty my refrigerator and remove hallway rugs. I would like to thank Paul & Dwight for their knowledge, expertise and cleanliness in this delivery. I had a small "hiccup" in that I did not know where the shut off for the water was in my unit, their patience in allowing me to make two phone calls, get the answer and solve the matter in less than 10 minutes, allowed for them to complete the delivery without having to schedule a "service install" call; which during this unforeseen COVID-19 pandemic is greatly appreciated. Thank you again Paul & Dwight, keep up the good work, it did not go unnoticed!

The service was phenomenal and the organization or overall cleanliness of the store was appreciated. The cashier named Cheryl exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond in order to help us.

She is friendly, knowledgeable, understands what are asking for and what you need, and gives you pointers on what makes something work the best for you in your own home and situation. She took 95% of the stress out of making this purchase. GREAT customer service.

Karen in plumbing was Fantastic very knowledgeable.

Came to purchase some paint but was unsure on the type I needed. Staff answered my questions and got my color blended and I was out the door ready to paint in 17 minutes flat.

Henry and the rest of the employees here are very down to earth and easy to talk to. Seems like no matter who i talk to they know exactly where to find the items I’m looking for and offer excellent feedback to my projects.

If you purchase 20 bags of cellulose attic insulation you get the insulation blower free. It was a very easy process to get it. The blower worked well and we had the job done in two hours (50 bags). The blower works slowly but be patient and it will fill the attic. Returning was quick and easy. They help you load and unload. Thanks.

If you’re looking to buy new appliances make sure to ask for Howard.. very knowledgeable and professional... you won’t be disappointed!!!

The experience at the store was very pleasant. Good collection of plants and accessories in the Garden Center. The cashier Evangelina was very pleasant and friendly as well. Great customer service.

Everything was in stock and the employees were friendly and helpful.

I was there to buy a Husky Tool ( All my tools are Husky and from this store), and the manager of the department verbally attack me and came in my private space doing movements with her hands. The incident happened over a tool that your platform shoed available. Zero customer service and zero professionalism. It is the first time I saw the customer stays quite and the employee screaming for nothing. I am scared to go back and probably I am gonna stop buying tools from Home Depot.

This is, by far, the best home Depot in the Chicagoland area. They open on time (Frankfort, Alsip, and especially oak lawn open between 6:05 and 6:15). The pro desk here is way better than anywhere else, and Rose and Al are what make it awesome. I will go out of my way to come to this store before I go to other Home Depots.

We purchased a $1,000 tool chest. When the Home Depot employees helped us load the item into our truck, they told us the tool chest was bolted together so could not be taken apart. When we got hime to unload it. The tool chest came crashing down almost injuring myself and my buddy unloading not to mention it cracked the bed of my truck when it fell. All because this item came apart and was NOT bolted together at all. How dangerous!!! Horribly disappointed...
