Been going to same store for over 20 years and haven't been disapointed yet. At least not enough to change stores.

I left my notebook at the contractors desk and the cashier had put it aside. So I didn't lose my order information and measurements I took at home.

Very friendly and helpful store

I was accidentally duplicately charged for an item and would like a refund.

Henry is always fantastic and friendly! But I talk to most of the employees at this store on a first name basis they are all friendly and extremely knowledgeable! Something is definitely being done right at this store!

I like this Home Depot because I feel safe going here. There's plenty of spacious parking. The employee I encountered today, Chyna, was so helpful and friendly. Now-a-days you might expect mediocre service anywhere you go, but today Chyna was awesome. She had 2 bags of salt ready for me at the desk in a cart, and she offered to check for roof ice melt at other Home Depot locations. I was really pleased with my experience, especially since worrying about ice dams. Thank you Chyna, you're a rockstar!

Employees are very helpful and take the time to spend helping your needs. Answer any questions you many have and give feedback on items. Items are always available and if not will take the time to see if available at another location. Love this store.

The customer service desk employees need additional training on how to return items that were purchased online. I waited over 30 minutes today for them to process my return. The information they needed was on the printed receipt I provided. I pointed it out to them multiple times and no one bothered to pay attention to me. Truly frustrating and unacceptable.

This is a great Home Depot! Always stocked and it's been my experience, that the employees are very well informed about their departments and products!

The associate Nyimba is the absolute worst customer service associate I have encountered in my 49 years of living. Avoid her at all cost, she is a waste of a paycheck and a disgrace to this store. Her disposition is rude, bossy and void of basic manners

Orland Park Home Depot has outstanding service and supplies and Great Customer Service. I highly recommend this location.

Was looking for a dehumidifier and a filter for the house The employees I talked to knew exactly where each item was stored. I passed two other Home Depot stores because these employees were so nice.

This store is always clean and associates are very helpful. You also don't have to go on a treasure hunt trying to find someone to help you, as I've had to do in similar stores.

I was able to find the products I was looking for. The associates were friendly and helpful and I was able to get the assistance I need. Also the store was clean.

When I go, the store is always clean. All associates are always helpful and friendly. I can find the products I need. However, because of COVID, some products can’t be found, no matter where you look. Still, HD is my go-to store.

I DID NOT HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION. I ORDERED WOOD FLOORING AND FOR 3 WEEKS GOT THE RUN AROUND AS TO WHY IT HAD NOT BEEN DELIVERED. FINALLY THEY ADMITTED THE FLOORING WAS DISCONTINUED AND THEY DID NOT HAVE MY ORDER. WHEN I WENT IN FOR THE REFUND THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME A SERVICE FEE FOR CANCELLING. I WILL NEVER SHOP THIS STORE AGAIN.

Good place to shop specially for DIY

Don't ask ANYONE from the service desk for help!! Denise is just plain rude with an attitude. Richard won't help you in the aisles because he only works at the service desk! Someone needs to teach the employees about customer service.

People here are friendly but generally useless.

No customer service here. It’s like they want to fight you over buying stuff. Front line employees are friendly but helpless. Managers seem useless.

I was at this particular store 3 days in a row to pick up materials for a project. Each time Megan Knoll was the cashier. I found her to be friendly and helpful.

Great store where most everyone is very helpful. Rose the cashier is absolutely awesome!!! Ed at the Pro Desk can solve every problem imaginable. The service desk girls leave a lot to be desired, but I'm guessing they're not too quick on the draw because they may not have even graduated high school yet. Sorry, but anything more difficult than making a return is met with blank stares. Overall though, this store is one of the best!!
