Very satisfied with the service provided.

Jaylyn was horrible and extremely rude. Just came in for a simple return. stood there for a minute not sure if we were done or not. When I asked if transaction was complete she said “YUP! Grab your receipt!”

Great experience from the time you come on their property to the time you leave.

When Brenda is at Pro Desk, she goes above and beyond to help me get all the materials I need. She’s quick and so helpful. She is awesome.

A great place to shop. Clean, helpful and friendly. They greet you when walk in the door. They make you feel welcome. They are throughout the store you don’t have to look for them. The store is well stocked with everything you need. I enjoyed my visit there.

Home depot had the right tools at right price to finish my repair. Woukd be better if store would of be open a little longer.

Milwaukee Plumbing press machine that’s Best tool I ever bought

Had a quick stop to make late in the evening. It was calm and not so busy, so that is always a plus when there are no crowds. I was eagerly greeted by three employees at the door. I was able to find the items I needed on my own. At the self check-out counter, employee Kriss informed me that a certain item I had would be discounted if I bought a certain amount and kindly waited with my other items as I went to go grab that amount! She had my items scanned for me when I returned so all was left to do was pay. Made my trip quick and easy!

Went into my local home depot for duct tape. The lady that helped me at the self check out was so nice and friendly that I absolutely had to leave my review for her. Her name is Brenda!

The Staff that mans the Orland Park Lodation are Great , Brenda and everybody in the store are top shelfr and knowledgeable.I have the freedom to shop anywhere but i do love my Orland Park location. Management should be thrilled that this store is the way it is.

I am a general contractor and shops at Home Depot’s all the time all over the United States specifically in Illinois and states surrounding Illinois, but this one trip to Home Depot extremely satisfied me and showed me what great and true customer service is and that showed me that it was worth taking time out of my day to come back and give them a Amazing review.

Kris was so helpful at the check out counter. She was friendly, helpful and very up beat. She even let me know that the product I was purchasing had a great discount.

Cindy was very helpful when I went in to inquire about ordering dual blinds for my living room and dining room. I appreciated her help.

Marcella and manager on duty helped with a price difference with some plywood I had cut. Made my day by not having to get more plywood on top of the plywood I already had cut. Gentlemen that helped cut the panels also did a great job on the cuts. Fit right in place for the bathroom remodel I am working on.

Brenda helped answer my question to the best of her knowledge and was nice

I live almost in the middle of 3 Home Depots. It is almost equal time travel to each one and I have shopped at each one many times. You can go to either one and get the same service. Most checkout is self for me but the attendants at the other checkouts are always friendly. Great place to shop.

We purchased a $2700.00 mower and came back to purchase a $500 bagger and the whole experience was great. Service, product quality, and friendliness.

It was one of my most enjoyable shopping experience is running into Chris. He was so helpful. Explain the item that I would need. I could not stop laughing. If you go shopping at the Home Depot in Orland go ahead asking for Chris.

The staff is very friendly, helpful and respectful. That goes a long way now and days.

In a time of down right horrible customer service this Home Depot had none of that. Actually quite the opposite. Leo helped me out with my purchase and had he not I would not have bought 2 ceiling fans.

Whatever department I went shopping through there were employees immediately available to ask if I needed assistance, assist me and offer recommendations which were appropriate for my particular projects. Extremely helpful!

WENT TO THE ORLAND STORE AND MET WITH SALES REP LEO WERR TO PURCHASE SOME DOORS. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDIGBLE, HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY.

Just purchased the Honda HRX217HYA, the Cadillac of lawn mowers. Will most likely be my last lawn mower purchase as it will most likely last for 20 years, and if I'm still here by then will hire a lawn service LoL Home Depot Orland Park has the best lawn and garden services in the area, flowers, fertilizer, seed, equipment... Don't hesitate get a Honda HRX 217 series before their gone!!! And check out everything else Home Depot has to offer!!!
