I always find what I need, and if I cannot find it, a clerk will always take care of me immediately. I also love the fact that the plants for sale are always well watered and full of life. It breaks my heart when the potted plants are dying at other stores because they are not being watered.

I was in and out due the help I got from employees and checkout.

Associates in all departments are very helpful. We especially like visiting Rosemary the cashier

Ron Garcia, in appliances at the Ontario, went absolutely above and beyond to save us additional money on our dishwasher, microwave, range, and refrigerator. The range we wanted wasn’t going to be back in stock until after we needed it so we ended up purchasing a lower level one. He called us the next day after rechecking the back order stock and exchanged it for the one we had our hearts set on, saving us even more dough!! We cannot thank him enough for going the extra mile. This isn’t the closest Home Depot to our house but we will continue to travel here for the excellent customer service.

I would like to see more guys in the garden shop area to help me with big heavy bags and bulky items, instead of having to go find someone. also maybe keep ads in the garden area so i don't have to go up inside the front of the store to get one .

this is my go to store to visit. since its down the street. you guys always nice and helpful. no matter what the reason for my visit is. the tools are always easy to find. and if for whatever reason i can't find what i'm looking for? i'm always pointed in the right direction.

Experience here was pleasant. Cashier Rosemary was very friendly and made us laugh. Our visit was short but all employees were friendly and helpful.

Listen, this is my most local Home Depot by mileage. I may choose to ad another 3-4 miles to my commute and start going to the Mira Loma Home Depot due to the fact that the employee at that location seem to be much more eager to assist customers. On several occasions I have needed help here and cannot find an employee, when I do seem to find an employee they act very put-out to assist. This has happened to me in the tool department t (11/15/2017 @ 10:00 am), getting keys made and in the electrical department. The friendliest part of this store is definitely the the team at the customer service desk of which i'm always greeted and or assisted with a smiling face. I do come to Home Depot to be made to feel inferior or that I'm a burden. Come on Home Depot employees, nobody is holding a gun to your head and forcing you to work in this field...Go work on a construction site if you don't want to work with the general public.

To me this is a new store. I think it is a while stocked store and well appointed. Personnel should approach customers rather than be sot out.

Great store and garden always has enough choice of plants.

This store, since it's inception has been wonderful for our community. Always stocked, always clean, and the friendliest employees, bar none. I am so glad they are close by. I am a widow and have to do repairs myself. There is always someone to help me and I find the prices for materials are really fair. The store is conveniently located for residents in this part of the city. The stored is always kept clean and organized. They have a great selections of plants and items for gardening.

This is the third time I go to this store and every person is willing to help with an smile, that makes me feel part of the family. I've been in other stores and some people act like they don't care or just tell you " I can't help you because this is not my area". I strongly recommend this home depot branch to everybody.

We enjoy shopping on this store. Specially when we bought our ceiling fans. we got 4 ceiling fans which is some store only have 2 items.

I have lived in a neighboring city for almost 4 years, and this Home Depot is really close to my residence. I have used this store for everything, from buying regular items like cleaning supplies, and the usual home improvement stuff. I have also used the tool rental area. The personnel in the Tool Rental area are super nice. I have also used or needed some blinds cut. Also used the carpet cutting, and everyone has been the greatest. I am always able to find everything I need, i just wish I had more money to buy more stuff!
