Good stuff. Good people. Good fun!

The associates are friendly and helpful. I have lots of questions, and I always get them answered here. If I can't find what I need, the associates have gone online with me to search for it online and help with special ordering. All the departments are clean and attractive, but my favorite department is the garden section. Sometimes I just go there to walk around and enjoy the beauty!

I have to say if it wasn't for Justin in the paint department, I would not shop at this store again. Also Natalie the mgr in the paint, did help us deal with the person in plumbing that took over 1.5 hours to help us get a vanity off the top shelf, he was rude, and said we were lying, I have 4 employees who can verify how long we waited to get help. This employee in plumbing makes me if I go to get plumbing equipment, I will go to another store. Thank goodness for Justin!!

THIS SUPERVISOR WHO I REQUESTED HIS HELP DUE TO THE OLD EMPLOYEE WAS NOT KNOWLEDGE OR REALLY STUPID. I ALWAYS HAD GOOD EXPERIENCES AT ANY HOME DEPOT STORES WHICH I USED TO SHOP A LOT ON THE PASSED YEARS! BY THE WAY, THE SURPERVISOR WHO HELPED ME YESTERDAY WAS AWESOME AND POLITE AS WELL ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WHO HAD HELPED ME WITH SOMETHING ELSE. BUT THAT ONE AT ELECTRIC ,LIGHT WHO IS REALLY STUPID AND NOT WILLING TO HELP THE CUSTOMERS WITH INFORMATION ABOUT PRODUCTS! HE NEEDS TO RETIRED OR BE HOME!!!

It's always easy to navigate, spacious, clean, and full of everything that I need. There are so many plant options, and they have the leading products in everything home-related. The staff have always helped when I've needed anything, and it's become a useful go-to store for everything from plants to duct tape to the little chain thing that goes in the toilet.

I received excellent assistance from the employees in appliances in this store. Very happy with my purchase and with the shopping experience.

Inventory always well stocked.Very organized clean store n clean store all the way to the parking lot.I noticed they always have someone bringing in the shopping that way there's always one for u grab on the way in ss well as it keeps the parking spaces open to just pull up and park and not having to hassle n geting out the car to be able to park.It's a big plus.

THE TWO PEOPLE AT THE SELF SERVE KIOSK SEEMED ANNOYED WHEN I ASKED FOR ASSISTANCE FOR AN ACCOUNT LOOK UP. I HAD TO REPEAT MYSELF AND WAS POINTED TO GO TO THE CASHIER. THIS KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE ATTITUDE WOULD DRIVE ANY CONSUMER AWAY. IT WAS INDEED A VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE. THE CASHIER WAS VERY POLITE AND TOOK TIME TO HELP ME COMPLETE MY TRANSACTION.

I bought a dryer which we found out was not working and the store wanted us to pay a 15% restocking fee- for a dryer that was NOT working. We got a new dryer but the delivery from Temco logistics was very late- it was scheduled between 11:30-3:30 pm, and it is already 7:30 pm and we are still waiting. When I called Temco, I was put on hold for 20 minutes. I called again and after anothe 10 minutes on hold, was told it will be arriving within 30-40 minutes- that was at 4:30 pm!! Very frustrating on a paying customer’s part!!

I normally don’t shop at Home Depot because it’s a little overwhelming to me. But I shopped at the store for Christmas. I was so grateful for the help I received. Everyone was friendly and patient. Especially Bobby in the front of the store.

All I have to say is David from Lawn and Garden is exceptional. I found the bolt I needed, but he gave me some great alternatives for instead of using washers as spacers for my engine stand and engine I'm working on. Just this experience alone has out This home depot at the top of my list as a consumer. Keep up the Good work guys. It was an enjoyable experience shopping here.

on November 16 , 2019 I went to this store shopping for a Stove Fan , I was treated great by Bessy Monzano this young lady went out of her way to place a special order for me and it should be here before the holiday ( thanks giving ) I strongly recommend this Store.I Give it a 5 Star

Except for the "music" being too loud (which is a deal breaker for us, coming back to the store), the service and the store is excellent. Also they offer a Veteran discount.

This store is on its game all the way around from well stocked up inventory to awesome helpful employees up to the professional management staff!!!!!Ontario Home Depot rocks!

I would generally not recommend this location because of one lead employee, Dri. You’ll get no help and a whole lot of bad attitude from Dri. She makes shopping there a bad experience.

Overall it is a very clean home depot The employees are very professional.

Great customer service

The visit was great! the employees really take their time to help their customers! by far my favorite store location!

First of all when you pull up to the parking lot you don't have everybody hanging out out there waiting for you to go inside so they can steal your tools. So as a contractor that's a big plus. Also customer service is awesome look up Bobby if you happen to go to the store dude is awesome good dude. Oh and management very cool down to earth not like other stores where they think they're above everybody. Clean and neat store well stocked.

Store is clean. The associates are polite. They are very knowledgeable.They connect with the customer from the time you walk through the door. Found my things right away with the help of the associates.
