I prefer this Home Depot over other stores. In general most all of the employees are very nice and more than helpful

The associate Ray 5 in the large appliance department was a pleasure to do business with.loved him.

The associates at the Olive Branch Home Depot are very friendly and helpful. They may you feel like valued customers. They are willing to offer suggestions that will save you time, money and improve your DIY projects. Most of all you do have to waste a lot of time searching for someone to assist you in any of the departments. It's a pleasure to visit a store that it's employees are helpful and willing to assist you. They provide excellent customer service.

The Associate (Ms. Bobbie) at Self-Check Out provided Awesome Customer Service Assistance. She was also very polite & friendly. In my opinion a Great Asset to the Home Depot Family Members.

The staff (Matthew and Tarashae) and the manager, Allan were top tier. They found product me that someone else said they were out of and took care of a ridgid warranty issue i was going on 5 years trying to resolve. i can say enough about my visit or the staff - it was what customer service should look like!

The workers are always friendly and eager to help. I have never had a bad experience at this store but I cannot say the same about the Memphis Winchester location. I drove 10 extra miles to shop at this location because of the clean , neatness, and friendly and helpful workers. I give credit to the management!!

Our experience at the Home Depot was a lot better than the stores we had been in earlier that day before we made our way to the store and Olive Branch. We had no problem getting assistance at the Olive Branch Home Depot as we experienced at the 2 other stores. One of the stores we left cause there was no one to be found even after we press the assistance button that called over the intercom multiple times but still no one ever showed up so we left and headed to your store. We found a brand name product at the right price with the right finish that we were looking for with the help of a great sales person name (George) who made our shopping experience easy cause he was very helpful and informative. George also told us that the deliverer time would only be a week which also made us smile So yes, I would most definitely recommend The Home Depot to anyone to take a look at your store for new appliances. Thank you do much

I needed appliances for a new home. I visited 3 times before I was ready to purchase. Both Ray and George were very knowledgeable on every appliance I looked at, made helpful suggestions, and took time to answer my many questions. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received!

Lisa in Customer Service was one of the most helpful people I have met. Rather than me having to special order a product, she was able to locate it at another Memphis area store that was convenient for me to pick up the same day, which saved me a week of waiting to complete my project.

Employees are super friendly and nice and they don't give you a hard time when you need to return an item like the Lowes does. Much friendlier and better customer service than the Lowes in the same area.

The store was very clean. Most of all I would like to emphasize that the employees are always helpful with showing me where the items are that I need. They are also friendly and express their opinions on how to do a project I plan to do or am already doing. Their advice is so helpful.

I have visited this store several times and average 3-4 times a month. Every single time I am offered help finding what I need. When I need help, the associates take me right to the spot, show me the options, explain what I need to do or how to use the product, ask me if I have other things that I might use and always listen to my questions. The employees of this store always go above and beyond and genuinely want to help. The store is always clean and well stocked and easy to get around in and check out is easy and quick.

The staff are friendly and engaged. There is a good selection of items. Love love love their selection in the garden area. The store is clean and tidy. And it's convenient for me to go there.

I went into the Olive Branch, MS store to buy a cabinet replacement hinge. I approached a salesman named Eddie and asked if he could help me find what I needed. He immediately responded he didn’t know what exactly how to help me and stood there. “You could look through these but I don’t know” is what he said. I responded “that’s ok” and walked off. I went to the back to look at a cabinet door and went back to ask him if he could help me find that exact hinge that was on the cabinet in the store and hi response was” there wouldn’t be a way that I could tell”. I was furious by this time and went to the front and asked for more assistance. a cashier had to close her register to come help me. How Eddie handled me was unacceptable and I would never walk foot back in a Home Depot ever again. That was the worst experience ever. Please inform Eddie in the hardware department that he’s NEVER suppose to tell a customer “I don’t know” unless “ I’ll find someone that can help” is followed by that statement!!!!!!!!!!
