In and out fast

This store is fine, UNLESS something needs to be ordered. Was told an item would be in stock on 2/12/20, on 2/17/20 it's still not in stock and not expected until 2/19/20. Wasted 2 mornings waiting for instillation! The installer will not make another appointment until the item is at the store, Yeah I won't waste another morning. The staff is polite, helpful, knowledgeable about where to find things in the store, but if something needs ordering they do Not know when the shipment will come in.

If you ever need help or advice on paint, Ask for Stan. He is very knowledgeable, willing to help and awesome at getting you what you need quickly.

from trying to check out, to get material loaded, to get a refund, to store manage no one could do there job property on the Sunday i was in there, don;t know what else to say to make this review any more clear

Excellent customer service

On October 2nd. I purchased a hand held gas leaf blower from the Olive Branch store. I was greeted by a most helpful and friendly store employee who was most helpful in helping with my selection and then was the clerk that checked me out. I also received friendly greetings and was asked if I needed assistance from every employee I encountered,

I was needing 8 doorknobs and 5 deadbolts to work with one key. I met Mackenzie on the isle and she let me know that they could key them all the same for me. So, when the store was within a couple hours of closing they keyed all my locks the same without an extra charge! Thanks for helping me get what I need without running all over town!

I really enjoy going to this Home Depot in Olive Branch, MS. The employees are very helpful and friendly. I can always find what I am looking for and I buy more than I had planned to buy.

Employee was very helpful and really knew the product I was interested in. Store was exceptionally clean including bathrooms which is important to me. If an establishment has clean restrooms, then you can count on the rest of the store to be clean. My experience was very good. Will definitely return.
