Great pro desk staff

My family and I visit this location quite often. All staff is very friendly and helpful as you walk through out the store. The staff always volunteers to help me load my garden items to the cart and my vehicle. In every aisle we walk in, we are greeted with a smile. On a recent visit, my family and I were walking in the tool section when a staff member leans over and says, "Hi buddy, give me a fist bump". As we walked away, my 4 year-old son said, "he remembered me from the other day". That is great customer service. I highly recommend this store.

I was very impressed with this location, we had 5 different associates ask us if we needed assistance, that's so rare now days... Brett our cashier was very thoughtful and kind, he helped us save $25.00 by opening an account today.

Jay is AWESOME!! Every time we go in the store, we have exactly what we need and know exactly what to do. Jay has helped us with his knowledge on PLENTY of projects, saving us lots of money because we do it ourselves. I believe customer service is the most important thing and very hard to find now days but Jay give it a 101% every time we shop at Home Depot. Thank you Jay for proving such GREAT customer service.

Marie was the employee who checked us out. Very cheerful and polite and professional. Was great to have a conversation with and she made sure we were happy as customers. This location (3909) is my favorite store to shop at.

New to OKC and my first trip to my local home depot was a success. Staff is friendly and happy to help with whatever you need.

Clean and Organized, Well Stocked and Employees are not pushy to help you, but will help you when you ask.

The store is clean and it is easy to find what you want and there is always someone around to help you if you need it. The paint department is wonderful. I have taken in small pieces of a color I need and they always match it perfectly.

"Karen" came into the store and proceeded to curse out an employee for something the employee could do nothing about. Your employee maintained her cool and continued to try and assist this customer. Great customer service

Right when I walked in was greeted friendly, had the inventory I wanted, had a good variety of what I wanted and was treated friendly still at check out.

Went to return desk where 4 associates were standing together and talking. One of them finally looked up and asked if I needed something. I told him I had a return, he pointed to a cashier area and said go over there. He came over, took my return, said sign there, and gave me my receipt, never once making eye contact or saying thank you. He acted like I was bothering him. If you don’t want my business, let me know and I will go elsewhere. Far from even getting close to my expectations as a customer.

Helpful staff. Willing to look for stock in inventory that was not on shelves. Cashier was amazingly helpful and kind.

If you are looking for cabinets, ask for Vicki in the Cabinet Dept. She is very knowledgeable and will find exactly what you are wanting. Vicki is very friendly and takes pride in helping her customers. Highly recommend her!

The employees at the N.W. Expressway Home Depot were super friendly and helpful! The Associate walked me to the aisle I needed instead of just telling me where to go. The cashier was very helpful looking my card information up for me since I didn't have it with me.

Great Customer Service, I went in on a day when the streets were slick with snow/ice wanting to get sand bags for weight to put in the back of my pickup, they were sold out of sand bags, so I thought of bags of mulch, potting soil, etc. that I could use for weight and use later in the spring. The garden center doors were locked because of the frigid temps. Some gentlemen were working by the back garden center door and ask if they could help me, I told them probably not since the garden center doors were locked. But told them what I wanted, the older gentleman put on his gloves opened the door and away we went. He loaded me up with frozen bags of mulch & large bags of frozen potting soil, so very nice, I know he did not have to be. I feel he went above and beyond and I wish I would have got his name. Also they had me go check out at the back door where contractors go, they had me pull up by the door and loaded me up, (again with frozen very heavy bags of mulch & large frozen bags of potting soil. Awesome Customer Service.

Maybe it's just my perspective, but this store has definitely had a step up in customer service! Not only that, home Depot prices during the past 6 months or so have become more competitive. I highly recommend the store for contractors and do it yourself homeowners. After comparing prices with mainstay big box stores, we found ourselves returning to home Depot for our extensive remodeling projects. The one complaint is the failure to use the curbside pickup system well. Never had the employees picked up the text messages that indicated that I was outside waiting. Unfortunately, in every instance, and it's been about three instances, I've had to go indoors only to find that they never picked up / got the message that I was outside waiting, sometimes for 15 minutes or more without any acknowledgment. Aside from that, the store is very good. If they did curbside better, they would have earned five stars easily.

The store has outstanding customer service and employees in that store they are very helpful in finding what I need all the time
