Manager Mary was unprofessional and did not honor coupon. She looked bothered and unhappy. This offer did not mention that purchase must be made on Home Depot Credit Card!

Toro is a tough mower. This mower is a beast. I can't wait to use it on my yard. I can barely keep up with the self propelled!

I am in this store at least 6 to 9 times a week. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the products are of good quality.

Went to buy some diagonal cutters from crescent cuz the par I have has broken once before and I replaced but they broke again recently. So looking around I decided to go with the Crescent Z2 8" and just happened to save $5 on em for Black Friday. But many employees were nice and helpful, and my Wife had our dog along too, and many people enjoyed him. So it was a great experience all around!

I took 84 yr old that I companion/assist to buy manure and mulch for her garden. There were tables of new seasonal pine type trees outside the gate that caught her eye. They must have been a newly in and intended to be put inside on all the cinder block tables that were cleared of other plants, so they were not priced - nor were there good tags that told the projected growth of some of them. A cashier named Melanie was VERY helpful and attentive and tried to answer her questions by looking the trees up on her store phone. She was a beautiful representative of a public servant - patient, kind, helpful through our whole experience there in the lawn and garden area, cluing us in that the mums were on clearance at an even cheaper price than marked and instructed us to drive up to the gate after we had paid so she could help us load our purchase into the car. She was just the kind of person my little 84 yr old lady needed to make her day!

Shout out to Brian P at self check out. Brian made sure I got my 2 extra free air filters for purchasing 2. I didnt believe at 1st due to no signage saying as such but Brian showed le it was true after ringing up 4 filters. He wouldnt let me leave without getting my 2 free air filters. Most people wouldnt care but he did....give this man a raise!!!!

This Home Depot is one of the better ones in OKC, usually anything I need is always in stock or the quantities are available. Associates are typically more willing to help and are pretty friendly

I find everything I need to do my project

I have had a Home Depot card for many years. I find most things I need there and if is a problem finding something the customer service people with do their best to find it for me. I have utilized their services many times from getting my new fence with them, to appliances and such. I am glad I can go to their with my question.

The employees are the nicest and most helpful employees by far! It seems most places customer service is non-existent but, that is not the case at this store. The employees are truly exceptional. I do wish the store carried better lumber and had more in-stock

Home Depot needs to hire more employees like Patricia, we drove from Edmond to this store just because she was very helpful over the phone
