If you are looking to purchase an appliance look for Meg V. she was very helpful during the sale and even after when there were delivery issues she was able to get them worked out.

The employees make the difference in this store starting with the manager Eric on down. All the employees are very helpful and that makes a big difference to where to shop.

The North Versailles Home Depot does not enforce the Home Depot Policy and the Government mandate to wear a mask while in the store. By the North Versailles Home Depot not enforcing their policy is infringing on my rights to shop in a healthy environment. ENFORCE YOUR POLICY. I wear my mask as I am protecting others and helping to avoid the spread of the virus.

I Was appalled by the cashier employee by the name Mariah who rolled her eyes and gave attitude and tried to embarrass me for simply trying to pay with my Samsung pay on my phone. I would never disrespect anyone for no apparent reason. This is the worst customer service I've ever had and I understand we all have bad this but this is above and beyond awful.

This store is conveniently located with easy access to good highway. Access is by traffic light. Its in a clean and safe neighborhood. Its well stocked, and has "fair" pricing. During this Pandemic era, all were wearing masks and safe distancing was being followed. People were wonderful to get help as needed.

The store associates were easy to find. Everything went well and fast over at the paint counter. Checkout was good.

Barbara was a friendly face and was so nice to deal with. I wish I could remember the gentleman's Name in paint on Sunday morning 6/28 but he was quick and so friendly. He knew exactly what I needed and no waiting! After 3 trips and 11 gallons later he was the best!

This used to be the worst Home Depot store. It is close to where I live but I would drive out of my way to go to Monroeville, West Mifflin or Greensburg. But this store is now the best one.
