Victoria waited on me and she help me during checkout. She forgot to enter my military discount. She remembered after she handed my receipt. She had the skills and was knowledgeable to refund my debt card, applied my military discount, and printed out my final receipt. It kept me from going to customer service and was able to correct the mistake right then and there. Way to go Victoria!!! Keep up the wonderful work!

I am single and needed an outdoor gas grill . I went to Home Depot and there it was . A three burner small grill with 244 sq inches of cooking space . The price was amazing too, $119.00. Being a 80 year old,senior citizen I don't need a huge grill . Well this Dyna-glo grill is ready to rock and roll ,This summer. I'm a happy camper ! The grill was sitting outside in the rain . Well no problem. The fella that brought it in told me they'd dry it off completely, and Victoria did . My cashier Victoria thought of everything. She offer me a replacement plan and She ,suggested tieing , the lid shut so it all stayed together on the trip home , Dave he tied her close , and placed it in my van . This is why I shop at Home Depot.

Very convenient location and generally what I find on line is stocked in the store. Employees have been very helpful and friendly during the past year.

This particular Home Depot is great. The workers go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of and satisfied.

This store has serviced our needs since we've moved here 21 years ago. Their prices are good and the service is great. The employees are ways helpful and some go out of their way to assist. Guess we'll continue to use them for our home and outdoor needs.

Received excellent service from Dom, Fred, and Mariah! I had a large order of lumber, and compared to my experience at the Greensburg HD where nobody offered to help, Dom, Fred, and Mariah self-initiated a count of lumber, bundling them up, putting on forklift, and loading into my truck. I appreciate the time and professionalism!

Store is well stocked, clean, employees are very helpful what more can i say

This is a neighborhood store, and we can always get what we need, from electrical, to gardening to lumber products.

I shop in one of three Home Depot stores about 5 times per week. The service is outstanding and much appreciated. Employees are helpful and kind. That means a lot to me.

The North Versailles Store is top notch. The service is always great and very friendly. They go out of their way to meet my needs.

I like this store but customer service REALLY needs to be priority one ,if a customer is in isle you are in before leaving check on customer make sure they are finding what they are looking for or at least acknowledge them and say you will return shortly

The store didnt have power but didnt push anyone away and we was still able to get what we needed with no issues and all the workers helped out and made it work so the store could still operate and they was very nice and willing to help so in my opinion that was pretty awesome

Had a question about a Christmas item being marked down. About 5 staff talking at the customer service desk, one says it is half off, one says it isn't, one says it IS AND THAT IS the markdown...no, the price was on the shelf and it was coming up full price. Nobody was sure if it was on sale( 2 days after Christmas) and none of them looked it up, no one looked on the shelf...basically clueless. I left without the purchase. I guess they want to keep that stuff around awhile.

THIS HOME DEPOT IS VERY CLEAN.. IT HAS (SEEMS TO ME), WIDER THAN USUAL AISLES... (GREAT FOR SHOPPING). THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE SEEM TO REALLY KNOW THEIR STUFF... I HAVE ALWAYS GOTTEN GREAT SERVICE THERE... I WISH TOOL RENTAL WAS AVAILABLE... THAT BEING SAID... (I JUST GO TO ANOTHER HOME DEPOT).. GOOD JOB NORTH VERSAILLES!!!

Great store, terrific and friendly customer service, and usually has a good supply of materials. If not in stock the employees will search for inventory at nearby stores. This is the store location that I use most of the time.

My favorite Home Depot in the area. Well organized, friendly and helpful staff, and not nearly as packed as the one in Monroeville. Easy to get in and out in a timely manner.

I recently purchased 2 fiberglass entry doors and new storm doors and had Home Depot install them. Chris in the millwork department was very knowledgeable and helpful during the purchasing process. Her attention to detail was very impressive. The contractor did an excellent job installing the new doors. The workmen were very professional and efficient with no issues & great workmanship. The doors are of great quality and the cost installed was reasonable even considering that both doors and stormdoors were custom ordered. My project qualified for 24 months 0% financing using my Home Depot credit card which is a great promotion for my project.
