This woman, who was standing on her feet all day, was so attentive to my purchase that I had to offer this additional review. Not only did she suggest a product more conducive to my needs, she was knowledgeable about the product and directed me to one with better reviews and a few pennies cheaper.

My experience at Home Depot store # 4156, was very pleasant. At all times, the staff that I dealt with was friendly, polite and when I presented questions to them, the questions were address in a very knowledgeable manner. I thought the store’s staff was very customer oriented, and though my observation treated customers with respect. Customers were not just another number to deal with. The store was very clean, shelves were stocked with merchandise and plenty of aisle space to walk without bumping into someone or item.

Don't shop here. Delivery is difficult to schedule employees unhelpful and products delivered damaged.

Employee Jennifer went above and beyond to not only help me find an item but helped at the self checkout when she was done working and leaving for the day.

The product I needed was in the location suggested and in stock.

I found the people at customer service to be very helpful. They told me where to find particular products and assisted when I wondered why my order for bags of pond pebbles had not yet been brought to my car. Tina, from the garden center, delivered the 12 bags of pond pebbles to my car and loaded them herself. I'm not sure how she was able to do this because she is rather petite. She had a very positive attitude even though the task was difficult. Tina and the customer service staff left me with a positive impression of Home Depot.

This Home Depot has the best quality products and fabulous employees who are ALWAYS ready to help and assist you.

Employees need better training to actually help customers. Delivery service needs to change. There should be a better way to change delivery option when our delivery was changed. Some appliances should be available same day .

We bought a grill here recently and the employees went out of their way to be helpful, this was not out of character, they are always this way and is why we shop here on a regular basis.

The cashiers are all very polite and willing to help. They finalize the sale and their position is very critical to the company’s success. You have a great front end in North Versailles store.

No employee ever asked if I needed assistance while I waited 30 minutes for my second pickup order that never arrived until I got a manager. They actively dismissed my attempts to get help. It took another 20 minutes to find the lost order.
