This store was great and had a very hard to find item re-listed as soon as it was returned so I found it on line & they prepared the package for me. I drove to the store for pick up and everything was FIRST RATE. Thank you North Hampton Home Depot.

I have been to this Home Depot many times this month as I love gardening and am doing many repairs in my condo. The people on this particular visit were very helpful. However, I have other great interactions with a few other employees there that were just as pleasant. That is why I love this store.

I asked an associate for information on where to find a couple of products and he not only took me to the appropriate aisle, he got the flatbed needed and loaded the item on. He took it to checkout and then came with me and loaded it into my car. If you ever get a chance to meet Peter, you see how he truly exemplifies customer service and is genuine in making your shopping experience a pleasurable one.

I live in Manchester, NH but I visited this store because my son lives in Hampton. I have been in this store numerous times over the year and this particular Home Depot is FAR superior to any other Home Depot I shop at. The employees are numerous, I can actually find one, they constantly come up to me to offer assistance, they are so friendly and knowledgeable. I usually can not find assistance at other Home Depots.

the women i mostly deal with when i check out is name sharon. she always seems like she is happy and she is always smiling..

From the time I entered the store, until I left I felt very comfortable and was assisted multiple times by genuine, knowledgeable and upbeat personnel. That's unusual in any store.

Purchased some felt weather stripping. Product was as described on the package.

COMPLETE CONFORT SYSTEMS is not responsive. I was supposed to hear from them to schedule my install of the garbage disposal within 48 hours. I called them but had to leave a message. They still haven't phoned me.

Appliance department-Glen had the item I needed and checked to make sure it was physically in the store. He completed the transaction over the phone and had it at the service desk for me to pick up within the next 30 minutes. THANK YOU GLEN!!

Salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable. Just wish they had more washing machines in stock to pick from.

The store is neat, clean and has excellent customer service. I worked with Theresa in the paint department and she was terrific. I decided to change a paint formula to get a slightly different paint color, and she was very helpful in the process. I love the resulting color!

Joshua was a young kid that really did all he could for us. Unusual service for a "big box" store.

The appliance staff was helpful and knowlegable but the communication between the washing machine/dryer co. and the delivery service team was horrible and the delivery company communication with me the customer was horrible, necessitating canceling my order, re ordering and calling constantly to clarufy the delivery of our washer and dryer to our home

Nice store most of the employees are helpful. We had a bad experience at self check out and and employee. Whole thing was unnecessary. Some people should not work with the public.

Everyone here was extremely helpful! We did self checkout and the lady that ended up helping us apply the military discount had tons of great advice for the painting we had planned. If you want a pleasant and helpful visit to a home improvement store this is the one to go to.

I was at this store today and could not believe how few employees were wearing face masks and not practicing social distancing. I will not be back until I know they have a policy in place that protects both employees and customers.
