I had to come because my local Home Depot did not have items I needed. This store is the cleanest, most organized, well stocked store with knowledgeable employees.

If you need help with a kitchen remodel and design Ashley Stewart is amazing! She helped us design and order cabinets and countertops for our small kitchen! She is good at her job and is so pleasant to work with!

Everything you need for maintaining or new construction projects are available at the North Hampton Home Depot and it is ver conveniently located for those living in the surrounding areas.

I went to HD North Hampton, NH to purchase some wooden dowels for a project I'm doing to decorate family graves for the holiday season. It was a small purchase, but the salesperson (Chris) was EXCEPTIONAL in every way! He could not have made my trip to HD any easier/quicker. He even offered to cut the dowels to size before I had a chance to ask! I left the store feeling like a valued customer.

Craig, in plumbing went above and beyond helping me purchase a new kitchen faucet! He explained the different aspects of each type, pros and cons and helped me make the decision.

Today I went to the Home Depot in North Hampton, NH. I needed to purchase plumbing parts to fix our kitchen sink. The sales associate, Craig was very knowledgable and helped us find just the right parts.

I spoke with several employees regarding items I needed and everyone was friendly and helpful. If they did not have an answer, they found someone who could help.

I was simply blown away by the level of customer service at the pro desk in the North Hampton Home Depot store. Due to a real estate project that I am working on as a real estate agent, I have visited the store about a dozen times in the past few weeks. I am simply amaze at the level of customer service that I have experienced each and every visit. I have never seen this type of customer service, such high-level, VIP service in a Home Depot store before. Carole and Cheryl went above and beyond to help me locate items at other stores, find the best prices, and arrange for pick up to be convenient and quick. They are well, knowledgeable, communicative, and responsive. I honestly felt as if I were receiving VIP service. I actually asked them while they were helping me if I could write a review for them because I was so impressed. You do not regularly see this at large chain stores or in retail in general these days. I give the store 10 stars!

I frequent the nearby HD for my home repairs. Always met with a warm welcome and helpful people.

Excellent customer service was given. Any area of the store I went to I was greeted by an employee and asked if help was needed, and then when I did need help it was fast and efficient. I would definitely recommend this particular store in North Hampton NH as it's the one I always shop at. If your looking for variety, quality and great value look no further then the Home Depot.

I bought a Ryobi Ride on lawn mower that was to be delivered the next day. I called in the morning and they said it didn't make it on the delivery sheet but they talked to the manager and he had them deliver it by the rental truck. They also introduce me to another deal on the product where I received a weed trimmer and a blower as a bonus for buying the mower. Great job Customer service I appreciate your efforts

The gardening area has excellent employees that are most helpful!!!!

I came to the store to order an electric grill, grill stand and cover. Scott at the service counter took charge when the trainee at the Service Desk asked for help. He was friendly, efficient and patient with his trainee (we were all new once!). I was in and out in no time.

Visited this store twice recently and absolutely a great experience!

I was looking for a replacement part for a roller shade that was over 20 years old. Tracey in the flooring department went over all my options. A new shade starting at $88 that was sort of like my Mother’s shade or look for replacement parts. Tracey went above and beyond searching for a part in her dept. It was too old! She gave me ideas on how to try and fix it. I thanked her and continued shopping. Ten minutes later she tracked me down in the store with a piece of paper of where to order the part from. What a great surprise for me! I was so grateful to her for not giving up! The North Hampton Home Depot has some great employees and Tracey is certainly one of them! I will most definitely shop here again! Everyone was friendly and helpful- even during the Christmas rush.

I walked pass so many employees without eye contact or a hello, this has to change. However, there was one employee who was so helpful and did an excellent job helping me out! I enjoyed being helped out by him and the interest he took in me!

We found the right carpeting , with the help of the salesperson's thorough answers to questions . It was a pleasant experience .
